Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assembling and Connecting the Desk Legs
Attach the crossbar (01) to the left desk leg (02) and right desk leg (03) using bolts (A) and the large Allen wrench (C). Then, attach the leg bases (04) to the bottom of each leg using bolts (B) and the large Allen wrench (C). Detailed views show the connection points and bolt insertion.
Step 2: Attaching the Side Plates and the Transmission Rod
Attach the side plates (05) to the desk legs (02, 03) using bolts (A) and the large Allen wrench (C). Loosen the coupling nut on the transmission rod mechanism. Insert the transmission rod (06) into the mechanism on the left leg. Measure the heights of both desk legs; if they are not level, turn the transmission rod. Turning clockwise lowers the left leg, and turning anti-clockwise raises it, to match the right leg's height. Ensure the set screw faces outwards. Smoothly connect the other end of the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft on the right leg. Secure the transmission rod to the motor drive shaft by turning the set screw clockwise with the small Allen wrench (D). Tighten the coupling nut to fine-tune the transmission rod fit, using the rubber pads (E) as needed.
Step 3: Assembling the Desktop
Assemble the desktop (07) panels. Insert wood dowel pins (G) into the designated holes. Use desktop panel connectors (H) to join the panels, securing them with screws (F). This assembly can be done using a drill (with suitable torque and speed) or a Phillips screwdriver.
Step 4: Attaching the Desktop
Attach the assembled desktop to the frame (legs and crossbar) using screws (F). This can be done using a drill or a Phillips screwdriver. Then, attach the controller (08) and storage hooks (I) to the underside of the desktop using screws (F).
Step 5: Connecting the Cables
Connect the AC adapter (09) cable to the controller (08). Use cable clips (J) to manage and secure the cables neatly.
Step 6: Installing the Cable Hole Covers
Install the cable hole covers (K) into the designated openings on the desktop.
