Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION TIP: Align and loosely thread all bolts into the corresponding holes before fully tightening each bolt one by one. This allows for minor adjustments during assembly.
NOTE: Please note the distinction between the bottom and top of mesh shelves. The bottom has a recessed mesh, while the top has a flat surface.
STEP 1: Attach the Feet
- Take two Desk Legs [9], one Desk Short Leg [10], one Desk Leg [11], one Side Table Left Leg [14], and one Side Table Right Leg [15].
- Attach 12 Foot M6 [H] pieces to the bottom of these legs. Each leg receives two feet. Ensure they are securely threaded.
STEP 2: Assemble the Side Table
- Attach the Side Table Mesh Panel [16] to the Side Table Left Leg [14] and Side Table Right Leg [15] using 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K]. Ensure the support bars on desk legs [14] and [15] face inward with the lip toward the back.
- Place the Side Table Panel [5] on top of the assembled side table frame. Secure it using 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
- Assemble the drawer. Attach the Drawer Bottom [29b] to the Drawer [29a]. Secure the Drawer Handle [J] to the drawer using 2 Bolt M4 x 10mm [E] and the Phillips Screwdriver [M]. Slide the assembled drawer into the side table.
STEP 3: Connect the Desk Legs
- Connect the Desk Legs [9] and [11] using the Middle Long Tube [18], Top Front Tube [19], and Top Rear Tube [20]. Use 6 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K]. Ensure the holes for future connections are correctly oriented as shown in the diagram.
- Attach the Bottom Short Tube [24] to the Desk Leg [9] and Desk Short Leg [10] using 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
- Attach the Desk Mesh Panel [17] to the Desk Short Leg [10] and Desk Leg [11] using 8 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
STEP 4: Connect Two Sections of Desk Frame
There are two installation options for the desk frame:
Option A (Follow page 10 layout):
- Connect the two main desk frame sections using Top Front Tube [21], Top Rear Tube [22], and Middle Short Tube [23]. Use 8 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A], 1 Nut M6 [G], 1 Allen Key [K], and 1 Wrench [L].
- NOTE: Large holes on the tubes should face up. Fully tighten these two bolts [A] before attaching the desktop.
- Aligning the holes can be tricky. It is recommended to tighten a few screws before attempting to align them all.
- Place the Desktop [1] and Desktop [2] panels upside down on a soft, level surface (like a carpet or blanket) to prevent scratches.
- Attach the assembled desk frame to the underside of the Desktop [1] and Desktop [2] using 9 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K]. This step may require two people.
Option B (Follow page 11 layout):
The installation process from this point forward is the same for either Option A or Option B.
STEP 5: Attach the Stand
- Attach the two Stand Side Frames [13] to the desk frame using 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
- Attach the Stand Panel [3] and Stand Support [26] to the stand frame using 2 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
- Secure the Stand Panel [3] to the desk frame using 2 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
STEP 6: Attach the Top Shelf
- Attach the two Top Shelf Side Frames [12] to the desk frame using 4 Bolt M6 x 60mm [C], 4 Nut M6 [G], 1 Allen Key [K], and 1 Wrench [L].
- Attach the two Top Shelf Supports [25] to the desk frame using 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A] and the Allen Key [K].
- Assemble the top shelf unit. Connect the Top Shelf Upper Panel [6], Top Shelf Lower Panel [7], and three Top Shelf Vertical Panels [8] using 12 Bolt M7 x 40mm [D] and the Allen Key [K].
- Place the assembled top shelf unit onto the desk frame, aligning it with the Top Shelf Side Frames [12] and Top Shelf Supports [25].
STEP 7: Attach the Support Bars on the Back
- Attach the four Support Bars [27] to the back of the desk frame. Use 4 Bolt M6 x 28mm [A], 2 Bolt M6 x 35mm [B], 6 Nut M6 [G], 1 Allen Key [K], and 1 Wrench [L]. Ensure all connections are secure.
STEP 8: Attach the Power Outlet and Light Strip
- Attach the Power Outlet [28] to the designated area on the desk using 2 Screw M4 x 12mm [F] and the Phillips Screwdriver [M].
- Attach the Light Strip [30] to the underside of the top shelf or desk edge as desired.
Remember to fully tighten all bolts, screws, and nuts after completing all assembly steps.
Level Adjustment
If the assembled unit is not level, adjust the feet by turning them clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to lower each corner until the desk is stable and level.
