Assembly Procedure
Follow these steps to assemble the treadmill:
- After unpacking the main unit, place it on the floor as shown in Step (A). Fold the "Folding Handle" in the direction indicated. The bottom end of the console mast will naturally spread to both sides. Lift the console mast to the highest position as shown in Step (B). Press down the "Folding Handle" as shown in Step (C) to lock the console mast.
- As shown in Step (D), use the 5# internal hexagon wrench to secure two ST4.2*16 cross-head countersunk screws to fix the phone bracket to the top of the console. The red safety lock (E) is magnetically attached to the yellow position below the control panel. When using the treadmill, attach one end of the safety lock to the edge of your clothing.

Folding and Moving the Treadmill
- As shown in Step (F), pry open the "Folding Handle" in the indicated direction. The bottom end of the upright column will spread out naturally. Slowly lower the upright column to the folding limit point in the direction shown in Step (G). Press down the "Folding Handle" in the direction shown in Step (H) to lock the upright column.
- To move the treadmill, first fold the upright column according to the previous step. Before moving, unplug the treadmill's power cord. Then, lift the rear of the treadmill with both hands, allowing the wheels to touch the ground, and lift the front adjustable footrests off the ground. This allows you to move the treadmill forward or backward.
- If the ground is uneven or the treadmill wobbles, adjust the adjustable feet at the center and rear of the treadmill to the appropriate position. The feet must be in contact with the ground (see below).

Folding Handle Tension Adjustment
The tension is slightly adjusted at the factory, but users can adjust the folding handle to suit their preference. If it is too loose, the clearance between the folding part of the console mast and the main unit will increase, potentially causing the treadmill to shake. Be careful not to loosen it too much.
- As shown in Step ①, remove the plug from the bottom end of the left console mast. Combine the Allen wrench and socket wrench with the lever.
- Next, as shown in Step ②, insert the socket wrench's hexagon head into the hole at the bottom end of the left console mast. Tighten clockwise and loosen counterclockwise to adjust.

Exercise Recommendations and Guidance
Warm-up
A 5-10 minute warm-up is recommended before each session.
Breathing
Do not hold your breath during exercise. Breathe regularly in sync with your movements. If your breathing becomes too rapid, stop exercising immediately.
Frequency
Muscles in the same group require 48 hours of rest. Therefore, do not train the same muscle group continuously.
Training Load
Determine the training load based on your individual fitness level and gradually increase the intensity. Initial muscle soreness is normal during training. Consistent exercise will gradually alleviate the pain.
Relaxation
Perform a 5-minute cool-down after each training session to prevent prolonged muscle tension and maintain muscle elasticity. Stretch your leg muscles.
Diet and Hydration
It is recommended to exercise one hour after a meal. Do not eat immediately after exercising. Drink water moderately during exercise. Avoid excessive intake, especially if you have heart or kidney conditions.

Product Maintenance
1. Lubrication:
The treadmill requires lubrication with methyl silicone oil after a period of use. Recommended frequency:
- Lubricate every 5 months if used less than 3 hours per week.
- Lubricate every 2 months if used 4-7 hours per week.
- Lubricate every 1 month if used more than 7 hours per week.
Note: Excessive lubrication is not recommended. Proper lubrication is essential for extending the treadmill's lifespan.
2. Checking if Lubrication is Needed:
To check if lubrication is needed, lift the treadmill belt and touch the center of the underside of the belt. If you feel a slight amount of silicone oil on your fingers, lubrication is not necessary. If the running board feels dry and no silicone oil is present on your fingers, lubrication is required.
Lubrication Procedure:
- Stop the treadmill.
- Lift a portion of the running belt and spray methyl silicone oil onto the center of the running board.
- Run the treadmill at 1 km/h to evenly distribute the oil on the running board. Gently step on the belt from left to right. This process takes a few minutes until the oil is fully absorbed.
3. Running Belt Tension Adjustment:
All treadmills require running belt tension adjustment before factory shipment and after home assembly. The belt may loosen with use. If the belt slips during operation, it needs adjustment. Turn the belt adjustment bolts clockwise on both sides simultaneously. If the treadmill is too loose, slipping may occur between the running belt and the rollers. However, over-tightening is not ideal and can damage the motor, running belt, rollers, etc.
Running Belt Alignment Adjustment
All treadmills require running belt tension adjustment before factory shipment and after home assembly. However, belt misalignment may occur after use due to the following reasons:
- ① Unstable placement;
- ② Uneven foot pressure;
- ③ Unequal force applied to both feet.
If the running belt is misaligned during use, it may return to normal operation after running for a few minutes without load. If automatic recovery is not possible, use the included 6# Allen wrench to adjust gradually by half a rotation.
- If the belt is shifting to the left: Adjust the left bolt clockwise or the right bolt counterclockwise.
- If the belt is shifting to the right: Adjust the right bolt clockwise or the left bolt counterclockwise.
Note: Belt misalignment is not covered by the warranty. Maintenance should be performed according to the instruction manual. Prompt detection and correction are necessary to prevent serious damage.
