Sports Suggestions and Policies
Warm-up
Warm up for 5-10 minutes before each exercise.
Breathing
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Coordinate breathing with movement. Stop if breathing becomes too fast.
Frequency
Allow 48 hours of rest for muscles in the same part between training sessions; train the same part every other day.
Load
Determine training intensity based on physical condition and progress gradually. Muscle soreness is normal initially and will decrease with continued practice.
Relax
Perform 5 minutes of stretching and relaxation exercises after each workout, focusing on foot muscles to prevent clotting and maintain elasticity.
Diet
Exercise one hour after meals. Do not eat for half an hour after exercise. Drink water moderately during exercise to avoid burdening the heart and kidneys.
Stretching Exercise
Perform stretching exercises after warming up. Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds, repeating 3 times per leg.
1. Stretch Down
Bend knees slightly, lean forward, relax back and shoulders, touch toes with hands.
2. Hamstring Stretch
Sit with one leg straight, the other bent inward. Try to touch toes of the straight leg.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures longevity and optimal performance.
General Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect for wear and damage on accessories like motor, electric control, power cord, and running belt. Ensure professional maintenance for worn parts.
- Replace defective parts immediately or cease use until repaired.
- Pay attention to easily worn components, such as the running belt.
- Have the power cord replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center if damaged.
1. Lubrication:
The running belt requires lubrication with methyl silicone oil at regular intervals.
Lubrication Frequency Suggestion:
- Less than 3 hours/week: Lubricate every 5 months.
- 4-7 hours/week: Lubricate every 2 months.
- More than 7 hours/week: Lubricate every month.
Use proper lubricant. Lubrication is key to treadmill life.
Checking Lubrication Needs:
Grab the running belt and touch the center of its back. If your hand is slightly damp with silicone, lubrication is not needed. If dry, add lubricant.
Steps for Applying Lubricant:
Stop the treadmill and fold it. Lift the running belt. Extend the oil pot to the middle of the belt and spray methyl silicone oil on the inner side. Apply to both sides of the belt. Run the treadmill at 0.6 mph to evenly distribute the oil. Step on the belt gently to help absorption.
Diagram Description: Shows how to apply lubricant to the running belt.
2. Running Belt Adjustment:
Adjust the running belt before and after installation. If the user slips during running, adjust the adjusting bolts clockwise by half a circle. If the belt is too loose, it may slip; if too tight, it may damage the motor, belt, and roller.
3. Running Belt Deviation Adjustment:
Deviation may occur due to uneven placement, off-center foot placement during exercise, or uneven leg strength. Minor deviations may self-correct after idling. For persistent deviation, use a 6mm hex wrench to adjust the bolts by half a circle.
Diagram Description: Illustrates how to adjust the running belt deviation. When the belt deviates right, adjust the right bolt clockwise or the left bolt counter-clockwise. When it deviates left, adjust the left bolt clockwise or the right bolt counter-clockwise.
Note: Running belt deviation is not covered by warranty and requires user maintenance.
