3. Installation Procedure
Follow these steps to assemble your treadmill:
-
Take the mainframe out of the packing box and place it flat on the carpet or cushion. As shown in step (A), break the "folding handle" in the indicated direction, and the lower end of the riser will naturally expand to both sides. As shown in step (B), lift the riser up to the upper limit point. As shown in step (C), press down the "folding handle" to lock the riser.
[Diagram Description: Step A shows the mainframe flat, with an arrow indicating to pull/break the folding handle. Step B shows lifting the riser upwards. Step C shows pressing the folding handle down to lock.]
-
Erect the left handlebar (D) as shown in the figure, insert it into the corresponding position of the left column, lock the left handlebar with the column using M10 bolts (E), and fasten the screw hole of the handlebar with a round plug (F). The installation method for the right handlebar is the same. Please distinguish left from right during installation. After the left and right handlebars are installed, they can be rotated clockwise or anticlockwise to the limit point to expand or fold the handlebars.
[Diagram Description: Shows the handlebar (D) being inserted into the column, secured by bolts (E) and a plug (F). Arrows indicate rotation for expansion/folding.]
-
Insert the mobile phone bracket (G) into the back groove of the key console. The red safety lock (H) is located under the suction console. When using the treadmill, one end of the safety lock belt clip needs to be clamped at the edge of your clothes.
[Diagram Description: Shows the mobile phone bracket (G) being inserted into the console and the safety lock (H) with its clip.]
-
Insert the power cord into the socket at the front end of the machine. Switch on the power, then turn on the power switch at the bottom of the front end of the machine. The treadmill will enter standby mode.
Note: After assembly, please check again whether all bolts are locked.
-
The remote control can be placed in the slot below the console.
[Diagram Description: Shows the remote control being placed into a slot on the console.]
Foot Rest Installation and Adjustment
-
Use packaging material to pad the front end of the treadmill. Screw the two foot pads into the screw holes, tightening them clockwise and loosening them counterclockwise.
[Diagram Description: Shows padding under the front of the treadmill and screwing in foot pads.]
-
Foot pad adjustment: If the ground is uneven or the treadmill shakes, adjust the six adjustable foot pads at the bottom of the treadmill to appropriate positions. The foot pads must fit the ground.
[Diagram Description: Shows the underside of the treadmill with adjustable foot pads. Text indicates that adjusting the foot pads can raise or lower the running platform slope.]
Adjustment of Folding Handle Strength
The folding handle is adjusted to an appropriate tension at the factory. However, users can adjust it according to their preference. Do not loosen it too much, as this can lead to shaking caused by excessive gap. As shown in step 1, pull out the pipe plug at the lower end of the left riser. Using the equipped hexagonal wrench and socket wrench as a lever (step 2), insert the end of the hexagonal head of the socket wrench into the lower hole of the left riser and fit it with the hexagon nut. Rotate clockwise to clamp; otherwise, it will be slightly loose.

7. Product Maintenance
1. Lubrication
When the running belt is used for a period of time, it must be lubricated with special methyl silicone oil.
Advice:
- 1 hour or less per week: Lubricate once every 6 months.
- Less than 3 hours per week: Lubricate once every 3 months.
- 3-6 hours per week: Lubricate once every 2 months.
- More than 6 hours per week: Lubricate once a month.
Do not lubricate too much; more lubricant is not necessarily better.
Remember: Proper lubrication is an important factor in improving the life of the treadmill.
2. Method to Check Lubricant Level
Grab the running belt and touch the middle of the running belt back with your hands. You do not need to add lubricant if you have silicone on your hand (a little damp). You have to add lubricant if the pad is dry and there is no silicone on your hand.
[Diagram Description: Shows the process of lubricating the running plate. Steps include stopping the machine, folding it, lifting the running belt, applying oil to the middle of the belt, and then running the machine at 1km/h to distribute the oil.]
3. Adjust Tightness of Running Belt
Treadmills are adjusted for tightness before delivery and after installation. However, the running belt may loosen over time, causing stopping and slipping problems. Adjust the bolts of the running belt synchronously (clockwise) by half a circle when this occurs. A loose belt may cause slipping; an overly tight belt can damage the motor, belt, and rollers.
4. Running Belt Deviation Adjustment
Running belts may deviate after a period of use due to:
- The main body not being placed smoothly.
- The user's feet not being in the center of the running belt.
- The user running with uneven force between the feet.
If the deviation is due to incorrect usage, it may return to normal after a few minutes of no-load rotation. If it does not recover automatically, adjust with a 6mm wrench by half a circle at a time.
[Diagram Description: Shows how to adjust the running belt deviation by turning bolts clockwise or counterclockwise on the left or right side, depending on the direction of deviation.]
