Product Comparison
This document provides a comparative analysis between the DEWALT AC100+ Gold and ITW A7+ adhesive anchoring systems. Both systems are designed for adhesive anchoring applications and are available in a wide range of sizes, from 3/8 inch up to 1-1/4 inch, and also include sizes #3 through #10.
Key specifications include ICC-ES ESR approvals for concrete applications. The DEWALT AC100+ Gold has ESR-2582, revised in February 2023, while the ITW A7+ has ESR-3903, revised in December 2023. Both systems are approved for cracked concrete and seismic conditions. Neither system is designed for post-installed rebar. Both products meet LEED and NSF 61 standards for potable drinking water and are VOC compliant.

Product Performance Comparison
Performance data for both systems under factored tension and shear loads in cracked concrete is presented. The comparison highlights bond strength capacities and pryout strength capacities under specific conditions:
