What's in the Box

The package includes the JBL TUNE720BT headphones and a charging cable.

App

Download the JBL Headphones app for enhanced control and personalization of your listening experience. Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Power On & Connect

Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. To enter pairing mode again, power off and hold the button for 5 seconds. Select "JBL TUNE720BT" on your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.

For Android™ 6.0+: Your JBL TUNE720BT will appear on devices linked with your account. Tap 'Connect'.

For Windows 10 V1803+: A new JBL TUNE720BT device will be found. Click 'Connect'.

Multi-Point Connection

Connect up to 2 devices simultaneously. The JBL TUNE720BT supports multi-point connection.

Controls

Press: Play/Pause, Answer/End Call, Next Track, Previous Track, Activate Voice Assistant (Bixby/Siri®/Others).

Press Twice: Activate Voice Assistant.

Hold (2s): Power On/Off.

Hold (5s): Enter Pairing Mode.

Volume Up/Down: Adjust volume.

Enable advanced controls by connecting your JBL TUNE720BT to the JBL Headphones App.

Wired Listening Mode

Connect the audio cable to enjoy wired listening.

Do More with the App

The JBL Headphones app allows for software updates, equalizer adjustments, and voice prompt settings.

Charging

Connect the USB charging cable to charge your headphones. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. A 5-minute charge provides 3 hours of music playtime.

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset, power off the headphones and then hold the power button for 5 seconds.

LED Behaviors

Low Battery: Red LED flashes.
Charging: Red LED is solid.
Fully Charged: LED turns off.
Power On: White LED flashes briefly.
BT Connecting: Blue LED flashes.
BT Connected: Blue LED is solid.
BT Not Connected: Blue LED flashes slowly.
