User Guide
1. Download the App
To utilize the full functionality of your smart bracelet, download the companion app:
- Search for "QWatch Pro" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Alternatively, scan the provided QR code (Note: QR code excluded from output).
System Requirements:
- Android version 5.0 or later
- iOS version 10.0 or later
- The bracelet supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection.
Connection Steps:
- Ensure the Bluetooth function on your mobile device is turned on.
- Open the QWatch Pro app and select your smart bracelet to connect.
2. Charge and Activate
For first-time use or after a factory reset, charge and activate the device.
Connect the magnetic USB charger to the device and plug it into a USB 2.0+ port or an outlet. The charging indicator light will be red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
Warm Tip: Prevent the USB charger port from contacting conductive materials like liquids, dust, metal powder, or pencil leads.
3. App and Function Operation
After activation, pair the device with the QWatch Pro app for operation.
- A successful Bluetooth connection is indicated by a green light when pressing the button.
- An unsuccessful connection is indicated by a red light.
Within the app's "Health" section, you can view detailed daily health data, including:
- Steps
- Distance
- Calories
- Heart Rate
- SpO2
- Blood Pressure
- Sleep patterns
- Stress levels
Device Settings
Access the "Device" section in the app to manage settings:
- View basic device information.
- Set the automatic health monitoring interval.
- Turn on/off automatic heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, and sleep monitoring.
- The sleep detection period is set from 18:00 to 12:00, with main detection data recorded from 1:00 to 7:00.
- Heart rate is automatically tested every five minutes.
- Blood oxygen and blood pressure are automatically tested every hour.
Goal Setting
Customize your daily goals for steps, distance, calories, and sleep time.
Alarm Clock
Set alarms according to your needs within the app.
Device Settings (Additional)
This includes settings for Bluetooth disconnection reminders, smart notifications, sedentary alerts, firmware updates, and factory resets.
Smart Notifications
Receive notifications from your phone directly on your bracelet. The table below outlines different notification types:

Note: Press the home key once to stop notifications. Press the home key twice to remotely trigger the phone's camera.
Firmware Update (OTA)
The app will notify you of new firmware versions. Follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade to the latest version.
Restore Factory Settings
Resetting the device will delete all data. After a factory reset, please charge and reactivate the device.
Exercise Mode
Activate sports modes through the QWatch Pro APP. The device supports over 100 sports modes. GPS running mode can track movement trajectory and running records.

Fault Resolution
If the device cannot pair with your phone:
- Ensure your device is powered on.
- Check your phone to confirm Bluetooth is turned on.
- Verify that Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the app.
- Restart the QWatch Pro app and navigate to its home page.
- Confirm that the battery icon is displayed on the app's home page.
If your device battery consumes quickly:
- Charge the device for at least three hours to calibrate the battery.
- Continue using the device as usual.

Device Handling
Handle this device carefully as it contains sensitive electronic components that may be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured, or crushed. Do not use a damaged wearable sports device, as this may cause injury. Avoid significant exposure to dust and sand. Children should not use this device unsupervised.
Battery Disposal
Do not attempt to replace the device battery yourself, as this may damage the battery, cause overheating, or other damage. The lithium-ion battery must only be repaired by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Do not incinerate the battery or dispose of the device in household waste.
Operating Temperature
This device is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between 32°F and 113°F (0°C and 45°C) and to be stored between -4°F and 158°F (-20°C and 70°C). Operating or storing the device outside these temperature ranges may cause damage or shorten its battery life. Avoid exposing the device to extreme changes in temperature or humidity.
Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures
Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures or extreme temperature fluctuations. Keep the device out of direct sunlight. Do not sleep on the device or place it on a blanket, pillow, or under your body while it is charging or plugged into a power source. Take special care if you have a medical condition that prevents you from feeling heat outside your body.
