Important Notes
1. Bluetooth Connection
- Please ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on and the bracelet is powered on.
- When searching for Bluetooth, ensure the bracelet has not been bound to other accounts.
- Keep the bracelet and mobile phone close together during the Bluetooth search.
2. Charging Requirements
Use a charger with a specification of 5V 0.5-2A. If the device will not be used for an extended period, please turn off the battery and recharge it once a month.
3. Heart Rate Measurement Accuracy
To ensure accurate heart rate test data, after entering the heart rate test mode, please keep your body relaxed and still. Ensure the watch is positioned at the same height as your heart. Avoid speaking during the test period, as this function provides data for observing heart rate changes and is not intended for medical purposes.

Step 1: Download and Install the App
Turn on the device with a charging cable. Open the manual and scan the QR code with your phone to download and install the app. Alternatively, search for "JRing" in the Apple Store or Android App Store. Compatible systems: Android 8.0 and above, Bluetooth 4.0 phones iOS 12.0 and above.

Step 2: Bind the Device
Open the mobile app, search for, and select the device to be bound from the app's device list.
Initiating Pairing
Step 1: Turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
Step 2: Open the "JRing" app on your phone. Navigate to the "Devices" interface, click "Add Device," and then "Select Device." (* During pairing, please confirm that the Bluetooth MAC address displayed on the watch is consistent.)

2. Heart Rate Test
After connecting the bracelet to the mobile app, click on the homepage or enter the testing interface. Tap the heart rate testing item to perform the heart rate test. Ensure the bracelet is fastened snugly; a loose fit may prevent accurate heart rate testing.
Function Description
Step Counting
Provides detailed recording of daily steps, distance, and calories.
Sleep Monitoring
Records and displays total sleep duration and up to 7 days of sleep data. Wear the wristband to sleep for accurate detection.
Heart Rate Detection
Measures current heart rate, records, and displays 24-hour heart rate. Automatically monitors heart rate every 15 minutes. This feature requires activation via the automatic heart rate test item on the device interface for setting the repetition cycle.
Multi-Sport Modes
Supports various sports modes including outdoor running, cycling, hiking, brisk walking, and other sports.
Camera Control
Open the mobile app and click/shake the watch on the control interface to take photos.
Frequently Asked Questions
Abnormal Heart Rate Measurement
- Cause: Often due to poor contact between the sensor and the skin during measurement.
- Note: Ensure the sensor maintains full contact with the skin during measurement.
Abnormal Sleep Data
- Reason: Sleep monitoring is designed to simulate perceived sleep states, which may lead to discrepancies.
- Ensure proper attire for sleeping and waking.
- Sleep data is not monitored during the day. Default monitoring is from 9 PM to 11 PM. For more common questions, refer to the "[My User Manual]" within the application.
Precautions
- Avoid charging in damp or humid environments.
- Regularly clean the magnetic charging hole on the back of the bracelet with a soft, clean cloth to ensure a good connection with the magnetic charger for normal charging.
- This product is not supplied with a power adapter. Use a computer's USB port or a power adapter with an output not exceeding 5V/1A. Purchase power adapters from reputable sources to avoid inferior or counterfeit products that could pose fire hazards.
- Measurement results are for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or professional medical guidance.
- This measurement cannot be used for self-diagnosis or treatment.
- The right to modify the content of this manual without prior notice is reserved. Some functions may vary with software version updates, which is normal.
