Danze Vitreous China Warranty

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty - Vitreous China

Danze, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the vitreous china portion of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, as shown on the original consumer-purchaser's receipt.

Limited Warranty on Parts

Danze warrants to the original consumer-purchaser that the following parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for the periods stated below from the date of original purchase:

Five (5) Years:

Fluidmaster® fill valve
Tank lever

Three (3) Years:

Flapper

One (1) Year:

Toilet seat

Any components not mentioned above are covered by the original equipment suppliers' warranties. Products and parts installed in accepted commercial installations carry a one (1) year limited warranty.

Warranty Remedy and Exclusions

As the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty, Danze agrees, at its option, to repair or replace defective products or parts upon inspection. Danze will not be liable for labor, shipping, freight, or other costs associated with removal or replacement. Warranties are voided by improper installation or use, abuse, neglect, accident, or moving the product from its original location. Do not use in-tank drop-in toilet bowl cleaners containing bleach or chlorine, as this will damage tank components, potentially cause flooding, and void the warranty.

Legal Limitations

If the Federal Consumer Product Warranties Act applies, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one (1) year. Danze disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Danze shall not be liable for any damages for loss of business opportunities, profits, business interruption, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

These warranties grant specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Certain federal and state laws may limit or disallow disclaimers of incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on implied warranties.
