Warranty Information

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty - Vitreous China

Danze warrants the vitreous china portion of this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date, provided it is used reasonably and proof of purchase is available.

Limited Warranty on Parts

The following parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the periods specified, from the original purchase date:

Five (5) years: Fluidmaster® fill valve, Tank lever
Three (3) years: Flapper
One (1) year: Toilet seat

Components not listed are covered by their original equipment suppliers' warranties. Products and parts installed in commercial installations carry a one (1) year limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

Danze's sole remedy is to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. Danze is not liable for labor, shipping, freight, or other associated costs. The warranty is voided by improper installation, use, abuse, neglect, accidents, or moving the product from its original location. Do not use in-tank toilet bowl cleaners containing bleach or chlorine, as this will damage components and void the warranty.

Implied warranties are limited to one (1) year. Danze disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Danze is not liable for business losses, profits, or consequential damages.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state. Some laws may limit disclaimers or limitations on implied warranties.
