ZyXEL CNC 1.2.1 Release Note

Features (1.2.1)

  1. MSP Portal: Quick overview of network status across multiple sites.
  2. Operators: Multi-tenant architecture for flexible management.
  3. License Calculator: Easy to monitor license status.
  4. Monitoring interval setting: Configurable per site.
  5. CNA maintenance enhancement:
    • The label "Pending updates" is modified to "Managing CNA".
    • CNC administrator can set CNA administrator privilege for other users.
    • CNA events are moved to the CNA maintenance page.

A screenshot shows the 'CNA Management' interface with sections for 'Managing CNA', 'Update schedules', and 'Administrator'. Below this, a table lists two administrators: 'titan.hsieh@zyxel.com.tw' with last login '2016-05-09 09:24:17 UTC+08:00' and 'CNA Owner' action, and 'cso_switch@zyxel.com.tw' with last login '2016-05-06 14:25:24 UTC+08:00'.

Known Issue

  1. Special characters: single quote ('), double quote ("), and back quote (`) are not supported in CNC.

Limitation of Settings

CNA100 can manage up to 250 devices.
