1. Information For Users

Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it properly.

Warning: Before use, thoroughly rinse and soak the filter with clean water; avoid using overheated water. To maintain optimal filtering efficiency, we recommend replacing the filter element every 30 days and cleaning the water storage bucket every 3 days. Regularly inspect and clean the filter element, hose, and sponge in the device. Do not exceed the maximum water level indicated. Avoid running the device with insufficient water for an extended period, as this may cause damage to the water pump.

Notice: To prevent the units from falling over, it is recommended to place the device in a corner or against a wall. Please do not disassemble, modify, or repair the equipment by yourself. Otherwise, it will be deemed to have waived all warranty and after-sales service rights. For indoor use only. Do not expose this product to sunlight.

2. Product Information

Filter Indicator Light: Orange light blinking indicates: Replace Filter.

General Indicator Light:

• 1. White Light On: Device Working.
• 2. Red Light On: Low Battery.
• 3. White Light Twinkling: Charging.

Notice: After removing it from the package, please ensure that the product is in good condition and compare the accessories with the instruction manual. Please note that due to product updates and iterations, the accessories may have undergone adjustments or changes. The actual objects should be considered as the final reference.

4. Instructions

Installation

1. Pour clean drinking water into the water storage bucket and make sure it does not exceed the MAX level.
2. Install the filter tray, filter, and drinking water tray on the water storage bucket. (Attention: The filter needs to be installed in the correct direction.)
3. Put the main body through the side socket of the drinking water bucket. Install it downwards and clamp it tightly.

Power On/Off

Hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

Working Mode

When the device is turned on, it will automatically dispense water every 60 minutes. Additionally, the fountain will dispense water automatically when the sensor detects the pet. Please add water when the water level falls below the minimum (Min) level.

Infrared Sensor Working Range

The device is equipped with a wide-angle infrared sensor that detects pet presence within a 2-meter range, and the device will work automatically.

5. Maintenance

Filter Replacement

To ensure effective filtration of impurities, it is recommended to replace the filter every 30 days. When the filter indicator light is on, please replace the filter. Press and hold the filter reset button until the indicator light blinks rapidly to complete the reset process. Note: The filter reset operation is required for first-time use.

Anti-tipping

To ensure stability and prevent the unit from tipping over, please pull out the anti-tipping brackets located on both sides of the water storage bucket. This will help stabilize the water dispenser.

Device Charging

When the indicator light turns red, please charge the device to ensure functionality. The indicator light will flash while charging and will turn steady once charging is complete.

Cleaning

The water storage bucket can be removed for washing. After washing, please ensure it is thoroughly dried before use. Note: The main body is not washable. It can be wiped clean with a damp paper towel.

Dear customers, thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before using this product:

1. The warranty period is two years, starting from the date of purchase (based on valid purchase records). We provide free maintenance for any quality problem within this duration.
2. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
   • Any malfunction or defect caused by improper conditions of use of environment;
   • Any fault or defect caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, force majeure events, or other external reasons;
   • Any fault or defect caused by use of non-original fittings or accessories;
   • The product has exceeded the warranty period;
   • Other failures or damages caused by none of product design, technology, manufacturing process or quality problems;
   • Normal fading, wear and tear or consumption during the use of the product;
   • Not able to provide valid purchase certificate.
3. Please contact Customer Service within a proper time to confirm warranty service situation.
4. If the returned product does not meet the valid warranty terms, we will charge you for the corresponding maintenance costs.
