After opening the package, please make sure the device is intact and check the accessories according to the following picture.

Instructions

Device unpacking and installation:

  1. When you first receive the device, please remove the drum (lift the drum up slightly) and remove all packaging materials.
  2. Put the drum back in (lift the drum slightly) and close the back cover.
  3. Pull out the litter tray, put on the litter bag, cover with the flap, and push back.

Installation of the Air freshener:

Lift and open the product lid, remove the protective white liner. Reattach the lid and position the product upside down in the circular groove of the cat litter box tray. For best results and consistent performance, it's recommended to replace the Air freshener every 60 days or as necessary.

  1. Turn on the power, and the device will reset automatically. Please do not add litter until the reset is complete.
  2. Add the cat litter through the doorway, and the device will remind that there are foreign objects in the device. Please turn on to restore the device to standby mode.

*After each cat litter change, the litter must be smoothed manually. To do this, simply unlock and press the mode button and select "Smooth".

Device Networking

  1. Please download the AstroPet App first, and go to the AstroPet website to watch the tutorial. The tutorial includes device networking and device usage.

Notice: Please turn on your location services, Bluetooth, and internet connection.

  1. Search "AstroPet" in the App Store or Google Play. Download and log in, or scan the QR codes below.

Maintenance

Cleaning steps:

  1. Execute cleaning mode (the device may be damaged without this step) and turn off the power after cleaning mode.
  2. Open the back cover and remove the drum (lift the drum slightly upwards to remove it).
  3. Rinse the drum and wipe the drum until there is no residual water.
  4. Put the drum back (lift the drum upwards slightly to put it back), close the back cover. Turn on the power, and the device will reset automatically.

Warranty Card

Dear customers, thank you for purchasing this product. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before using this product:

  1. The warranty period is two years, starting from the date of purchase (based on valid purchase records). We provide free maintenance for any quality problem within this duration.
  2. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
    • Any malfunction or defect caused by improper conditions of use of environment;
    • Any fault or defect caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, force majeure events, or other external reasons;
    • Any fault or defect caused by use of non-original fittings or accessories;
    • The product has exceeded the warranty period;
    • Other failures or damages caused by none of product design, technology, manufacturing process, or quality problems;
    • Normal fading, wear and tear, or consumption during the use of the product;
    • Not able to provide valid purchase certificate.
  3. Please contact Customer Service within a proper time to confirm warranty service situation.
  4. If the returned product does not meet the valid warranty terms, we will charge you for the corresponding maintenance costs.
