Assembling Instructions
- Unpack the rail-kit and lay out all parts, grouping similar items together for selection.
- Attach both dog hinge plates (No.4) to the cross bars (No.2) using bolts, washers, and nuts (No.10, 12, and 8). Do not tighten fully until the dog is attached.
- Attach the dog (No.3) to the hinge plates (No.4) with a bolt, washer, and nut (No.9, 12, and 8). Tighten all bolts securely.
- Assemble carriage bolts (No.11), nuts, and washers (No.12) through the cross bars (No.2), leaving them loose. Ensure the head of the carriage bolt is oriented as shown in the diagrams.
- Install leveling screws (No.6) into the slotted ends of the cross bars (No.2). The screw's orientation should match the head of the carriage bolts.
- Repeat step 5 for all cross bar kits.
- Slide the carriage bolts in the cross bars into the guide rails. Do not tighten until the EZ-RAILS are set up on the log. The dog orientation can be in either direction.
- Once the cross bars are positioned on the log, tighten the carriage bolts.
- To extend the rail for a longer version, use two connect bars (No.5) and fasten each end with a butterfly screw (No.7).
