Adjustable Bed Base User Manual

SAFETY WARNING

  1. Before connecting the power, please check if the voltage is normal and meets the power requirements for this product: AC100-240V, frequency 50/60HZ.
  2. This product is only suitable for indoor household use. Please do not use it in other places. Please do not use it with oxygen or other flammable gases.
  3. The placing area of this product should not be excessively damp, should avoid direct sunlight, and should maintain proper air circulation to prevent any impact on the normal usage of this product.
  4. Please do not use liquid on this product. If spillage occurs, please disconnect the power cord in a safe manner. Before using again, ensure that this product is completely dry.
  5. This product must be protected against moisture, water, sunlight, shocks, falls, and impacts during transportation. When moving, it should be gently placed to avoid any damage.
  6. Please do not place sharp objects (keys, pocket knives, nail clippers, etc.) or hard objects on this product to prevent damage.
  7. Before using this product, please ensure that there are no people or pets under the bed.
  8. The power cord should be extended from the bottom of this product and plugged into a socket to ensure that it will not be pressed and damaged during operation. Keep the wire away from moving parts and heated surfaces of this product.
  9. The electronic components, metals, plastics, wires, and other materials contained inside the electrical appliance box should be disposed of according to the environmental regulations used in each country. Please do not treat them as regular household waste.
  10. When the product is in the lifting state, do not release all the weight on the head or foot of the bed to avoid damaging the structure.
  11. When this product is not in a flat state, please refrain from engaging in activities such as jumping or any other highly impactful exercises.
  12. Non-professionals should not disassemble the structural components and motor of the electric bed to avoid causing irreversible damage.
  13. This product comes equipped with a corresponding remote control when it leaves the factory. Please follow the instructions in the manual for operation and use.
  14. Once the power installation is complete, use the remote control to test if the functions are operating correctly.
  15. Please do not open or tamper with the control box, motor, or remote control. Any modifications will void the warranty.
  16. The maximum weight capacity of this product is distributed across the bed, rather than being individually loaded at the head or foot. Any damage caused by exceeding the weight limit will not be covered under warranty.
  17. During the installation and dismantling process, it is recommended to use protective gear for performing operations.
  18. Before using the product, please carefully inspect and ensure that the product has been correctly installed. Only use the accessories provided by the manufacturer for product installation. When placing the product, please leave a sufficient safety clearance to avoid the risk of pinching accidents.
  19. Please operate after understanding the related hazards. Children and individuals with physical or sensory deficiencies, as well as those with impaired judgement, should use this product under appropriate supervision and guidance. Children must not have unrestricted access to play with it.
  20. If there is a situation where the power cord is damaged, it is necessary to have the manufacturer or relevant professional personnel replace it to avoid injury.
  21. This product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard if swallowed accidentally. Please keep these small accessories away from children and promptly dispose of any packaging materials that may present a choking risk.
  22. Before cleaning or maintenance, you must disconnect the power plug.

COMPONENT AND ACCESSORY LIST

INSTALLATION

Step 01

  1. Open the box and cut off all the white zip ties to remove the bed. Make sure not to puncture the box with any sharp objects.
  2. Place the [bed frame] on a clean and level surface.
  3. Take out all the accessories.

Step 03

Assemble the 4 [frameworks] as shown. Please distinguish between the left and right frames.

Step 04

  1. Paste the [felt pads] on the [bed legs]. (If already pasted, please ignore this step.)
  2. Lift the [bed frame], install the [bed legs], and tighten them.

Attention:

  1. Customers can adjust the leg height according to their needs.
  2. Please tighten each section of the [bed legs] during installation.

Step 05

As shown in the diagram, please arrange the upper frame in the order of [frame part H1] to [frame part H5], ensuring that the [sticker arrow]s are aligned with the direction of the lower frame.

Step 06

Important: Ensure that the round surface of the plastic component (located at H5) faces upwards.

  1. Please align the [frame part H1] with the protruding screw on the frame for installation.
  2. Please first loosely tighten the screws according to the diagram shown. Once all the screws are loosely tightened, fully tighten all the screws.

Important: Installation of the middle bed frame should prioritize the assembly of the two screws closest to the [head of the bed].

Step 07

  1. As shown in the diagram, install the [motor] components.
  2. Insert the [sheet metal connector] into the [bed frame].
  3. Connect [frame part H1] with the [motor].

Step 08

  1. Connect the [motor] wire to the [power adapter].
  2. Connect the [motor] wire to the [remote control].

Important: When wiring, be sure to carefully route the cables under the bed.

Step 09

  1. As shown in the diagram, after completing the connection, plug the power cord into a properly functioning [power source]. Use the [remote control] to raise the head and end of the bed to the highest angle.
  2. Place the [bedspread] on the [bed frame] first, then securely fasten the four straps at the [head of the bed] and end of the bed to their corresponding positions as shown in the diagram (the end with the metal buckles is for the end of the bed).

Important: Please ensure that all straps and [Velcro fastener]s are correctly installed before use. Regularly check the condition of the [Velcro fastener]s and straps, and promptly reattach if there is any looseness.

Note: The corresponding loop and hook sides of the [Velcro fastener] must be aligned.

Step 10

As shown in the diagram, use the [remote control] to adjust the bed to a flat position. Install the [mattress retainer bar], then fasten the two straps on both sides of the middle [bed frame] to the corresponding positions shown in the diagram (The corresponding loop and hook sides of the [Velcro fastener] must be aligned). Once all these steps are completed, the [bed frame] is ready for use.

Note: Do not drag the bed during daily use, as it might cause bending of the [bed legs].

Important:

Place the bed on a level surface to avoid tilting or rocking.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Solution
[Remote control] buttons are not working. Ensure the [remote control] wiring is connected properly.
The bed isn't functioning or is unresponsive.
  1. Make sure the connection between the control box and the [motor]s is correct.
  2. Make sure all power cords are properly connected.
  3. Check that the power cords are plugged into a working [power source] or [outlet].
The raise and lower functions are responsive, but the bed can't return to the flat position.
  1. Remove any obstructions that may interfere with the operation of the bed.
  2. Check whether the [head of the bed] and end of the bed are too close to the wall.
You can hear a clicking sound under the adjustable bed when you raise or lower the [head of the bed]. This is normal, the lift [motor] makes a clicking sound when in use. No action is required.
There is a lag during adjustment.
  1. Check for debris or obstructions under or around the bed and clear them.
  2. Make sure that the control box and the [power motor] are well connected.
  3. Ensure that the straps of the [bedspread] are correctly installed.
Sometimes the adjustable bed makes a squeaking noise.
  1. Use [lubricant] to lubricate the joints of the components such as [pins, nuts, bolts, bushings], etc.
  2. Ensure nuts are not over-tightened.
  3. When placing lubricated [pins, nuts, bolts, bushings] back into the adjustable bed, do not over-tighten nuts.
  4. For additional solution, after completing these steps, spray the [pins, nuts, bolts, bushings], or bed joints with [lubricant].
