Note: For Full size, 20 slats (Part E) are used. For Queen and King sizes, 22 slats (Part E) are used.
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Quick Lock Smart Box Spring:
Step 1
Connect Part B to Part A using one Part S screw. Repeat this process for a second set.

Connect Part A to Part B using one Part S screw. Repeat this process for a second set.

Attach Part C (a longer support beam) to the frame using two Part L screws.

Step 7
Place the short metal slats (Part E) across the assembled frame. Use 20 slats for a Full size box spring, and 22 slats for Queen or King sizes.

The main frame structure is now complete and ready for the cover.

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects

- Register your product to receive up-to-date warranty and product information.
- This product comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. An original sales receipt is required for warranty claims. The warranty covers the product itself and does not extend to any mattress placed on it.
- Manufacturing Defects: This includes circumstances where the product breaks under normal use and no longer provides proper support for your mattress. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. If a defect is suspected, discontinue use immediately and contact customer service. Minor issues like a few loose short metal welds (5 or more loose welds at the time of purchase) are not considered manufacturing defects. The manufacturer is not responsible for improper assembly by the consumer.
- This warranty applies only when the product is used properly by consumers who purchased it from authorized dealers as a new product. Proper use means placing the product on a level surface where all legs touch the floor with equal weight distribution, and the product is not abused.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, Alwyn Home will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Comparable materials or models may be used for replacements, and matching existing pieces is not guaranteed.
- If the product requires inspection for a warranty claim, the consumer is responsible for transportation or removal costs.
