Campaign Organizer and Official Regulations

The organizer is HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES SRL, a Romanian company registered in Bucharest. HUAWEI Store Romania is the official online store, accessible at https://consumer.huawei.com/ro/offer/. The campaign is conducted in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services.

Campaign Period

The campaign is valid from July 1, 2025, 00:01 to July 31, 2025, 23:59 (Romania time). The campaign website is https://consumer.huawei.com/ro/offer/.

Participants

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over, with full legal capacity, residing in Romania, and to Romanian legal entities. Employees of the organizer and their immediate relatives are not eligible. Participation implies full acceptance of these official rules.

Campaign Description

The campaign offers promotional deals, personalized packages, price reductions, and coupons/vouchers. Offers are available while stocks last.

• Main Product: The product with the highest price in an order, typically added first.
• Secondary Product: Products that can be purchased at a reduced price only with a Main Product.
• Standard Promotional Package: Consists of a Main Product and one or more Secondary Products, offered at a reduced price. Secondary Products are automatically added to the cart.
• Personalized Package: Consists of a Main Product and one or more Secondary Products, allowing customer selection of Secondary Products at a promotional price.

Customers can also add other Huawei products at reduced prices to their orders.

Campaign Mechanism and Offers

To benefit from Standard or Personalized Promotional Packages, customers must:

1. Access the Campaign Page.
2. Log in with a HUAWEI ID or proceed as a guest using an email address and delivery address.
3. Navigate to participating products.
4. For Standard Packages: Add the Main Product to the cart; Secondary Products are added automatically.
5. For Personalized Packages: Select desired Secondary Products and add them to the cart.
6. Finalize payment and the order.

• Specific offers for Standard and Personalized Packages are available on each product page.
• HUAWEI Points: Double loyalty points are awarded for the purchase of HUAWEI MatePad Pro 12.2" 2025 PaperMatte Edition.

Available Promotional Packages (Standard)

Customers purchasing a Main Product from the list below receive a corresponding Standard Promotional Package. The process involves navigating to the Main Product page, selecting options, adding the Main Product to the cart, and completing the order. Secondary Products are automatically added.

Coupons/Vouchers for Newsletter Subscription

Users subscribing to the HUAWEI Store newsletter with a new email address will receive a discount coupon.

• Subscribers during July 1-31, 2025, from listed educational institutions, receive a 20% discount coupon valid during the campaign for Audio products (Freebuds 6, FreeArc, Freebuds Pro 4) and Tablet products (Matepad 11.5S, Matepad 11.5 standard edition, Matepad 11.5 Papermatte, Matepad 12X, Matepad Pro 12.2 Papermatte Edition Green), Laptop products (HUAWEI MateBook D 14 2024, HUAWEI MateBook D 16 2024 16GB + 512GB, HUAWEI MateBook D 16 2024 16GB + 1TB), and Watches (WATCH GT 5; WATCH D2; WATCH GT5 PRO, WATCH 5, WATCH FIT 4 series).
• Users subscribing to the general newsletter during the campaign receive a 50 LEI coupon for orders over 51 LEI.

General Conditions for Coupon/Voucher Use

• Only one coupon/voucher can be used per order.
• Coupons/vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
• A coupon/voucher applies to one unit of a product per order.
• The value of the coupon/voucher is not redeemable for cash.
• Coupons/vouchers are valid only for Main Products in the order, not for Secondary Products in Personalized Packages.

Steps to use coupons/vouchers:

1. Copy the coupon/voucher code from the campaign page or newsletter.
2. Access the HUAWEI Store website or My HUAWEI app and navigate to the desired product.
3. Add the product to the cart.
4. In the "Cart Summary" section, enter the coupon/voucher code and click "Use". The discount will be applied.
5. Complete the order with the required information.

Stock Availability and Product Delivery

If a product is out of stock, a notification will be displayed on the product page with an estimated delivery date.

The list of participating products is detailed in Annex no. 1, including categories like Laptops, Smartwatches, Audio, Tablets, Smartphones, and Routers.

Installment Payments

Eligible customers can participate by using a valid credit card with available credit, issued by a financing institution offering interest-free installment plans. Accepted financing institutions include Banca Transilvania SA, Garanti Bank BBVA, BRD Finance IFN SA, Alpha Bank SA, and BRD Groupe Societe General SA. Accepted cards are MasterCard and Visa.

Customers can opt for interest-free installment payments at checkout. The available installment plans vary by financing institution (e.g., 3, 6, 9, 12 interest-free installments).

Payment processing is handled by PayU. Only cards issued by European Union banks are accepted.

Pluxee Card Payment

Pluxee Gift Cards, didactic career cards, professional career cards, and Edu Pass cards are accepted for online payments.

Responsibility

Participants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for issues arising from internet connectivity, software, or other factors beyond their control.

General Conditions

Participants agree to all terms and conditions, including the official regulations, sales policy, terms of use, and privacy policy of the HUAWEI Store website. Huawei reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Force Majeure and Campaign Termination/Modification

Force majeure events (wars, fires, floods, pandemics, natural disasters, government acts, etc.) that prevent the organizer from fulfilling obligations may lead to suspension or modification of the campaign. The organizer will notify customers of any such changes.

Miscellaneous

These regulations are drafted in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 99/2000.
