HUAWEI Pura 80 Promotion: Rules for Secret Prize Campaign
Terms and Definitions
- Organizer
- Techcompany Huawei LLC, a legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, registered at: Russian Federation, 121614, Moscow, Krylatskaya str., 17, bld. 2.
- Participant
- Capable citizens permanently residing in the territory of the Russian Federation and having reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years, who have a personal account in the HUAWEI Community.
- Employees and representatives of the Organizer, affiliated persons, and their family members are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.

- Place of Promotion
- Product pages for HUAWEI Pura 80 on the online store of Techcompany Huawei LLC: https://consumer.huawei.com/ru/offer/smartphones/pura-80-series-buy/, hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Product Page".
- Promotion Period
- From September 1, 2025, 10:00 — October 10, 2025, 10:00 MSK.
- Products Participating in the Promotion
- Devices listed in the table under clause 1.2 of these Rules.
- Purpose of the Promotion
- To promote information about goods/products distributed in the Russian Federation under the "Huawei" trademark/brand and its partners via the internet, attract attention, and form or maintain interest in the "Huawei" brand. This Promotion does not fall under the definition of any type of lottery or risk-based game, as understood by Federal Law No. 138-FZ of 11.11.2003 and Federal Law No. 244-FZ of 29.12.2006.
Conditions
1. To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must, within the period specified in these Rules, fulfill the following conditions:
- Visit the "Purchase Product Page".
- Select one of the sets with a secret prize for 1 (one) ruble (hereinafter "set"). Each set may include the following devices:
- HUAWEI Pura 80 (any color) + HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 4 (random color) (secret prize)
- HUAWEI Pura 80 (any color) + HUAWEI FreeClip (random color) (secret prize)
- HUAWEI Pura 80 (any color) + HUAWEI SuperPower Magnetic Power Bank (secret prize)
- HUAWEI Pura 80 (any color) + Case (secret prize)
- Place an order for one of the sets.
- Pay for the placed order.
Receiving the Secret Prize
2. The condition for receiving the secret prize is the fulfillment of the actions specified in clause 1 of these Rules for concluding a purchase agreement for the corresponding set.
3. The Participant will learn which secret prize they receive only upon delivery and unpacking of the order.
4. In the event of the Participant returning the main device (HUAWEI Pura 80) purchased within the promotion, the secret prizes sold as part of the set are also subject to return, provided their marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved. If the Participant refuses to hand over the secret prize with the main device, or if the secret prizes have been used and do not meet the requirements for returning goods of proper quality, the Organizer will provide a partial refund of the funds, minus the full cost (without the discount provided for fulfilling the promotion's conditions) of the secret prizes.

General Terms
5. The Organizer may unilaterally change the terms of the Promotion by publishing such changes on the Site. The Organizer may also terminate the promotion early by posting a notice of termination on the Site.
6. If a particular secret prize is unavailable, the Organizer may replace it without further notification to the Participant.
7. Participation in the Promotion signifies familiarization with and full agreement to these Rules.
8. All the above conditions apply exclusively at the Place of Promotion.
9. The Prize Fund of the Promotion consists of:
- HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 4 – 100 (one hundred) units
- HUAWEI FreeClip – 200 (two hundred) units
- HUAWEI SuperPower Magnetic Power Bank - 100 (one hundred) units
- Case for HUAWEI Pura 80 – 200 (two hundred) units
The Prize Fund is formed from the Organizer's funds and is used exclusively for transferring prizes to Participants.
10. By performing the actions specified in these Rules, the Participant confirms their accession to these Rules (adhesion contract) and also implies full agreement with all provisions of these Rules and the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Delivery Rules, and Return Rules.
