The compact adapter can be easily placed behind AV equipment and powered via a USB cable, drawing power from a USB charger or an available USB port on a TV, media player, or PC. It is compliant with both HDMI 1.4b and HDCP 1.4 standards.

Q: Do I have to connect USB power?
Yes, external power is required for this extractor to work. You can connect the USB cable to a USB wall charger (5V/1A) or a USB port on your TV.
Q: Can I connect this extractor to an HDMI ARC port on a TV?
No, this adapter does not support ARC. The HDMI input port can only be connected to HDMI source devices such as game consoles, video players, and computers.
Q: The 3.5mm audio output is not working.
The 3.5mm jack does not support 5.1CH audio. Please ensure the Audio Mode is set to "2.0" to get audio from the 3.5mm jack. Also, check the audio output settings on your HDMI source device and change it to PCM or LPCM audio output.
