Troubleshooting
Visit the Yamaha Pro Audio global website for FAQs: www.yamahaproaudio.com.
- Power does not turn on: Ensure power switches are ON and AC power cords are connected. Contact your Yamaha dealer if the issue persists.
- No audio input signal: Check optional card installation, cable connections, and ensure the [ON] key indicator is lit and the input channel fader is raised.
- Sound is not loud enough: Check head amp gain, digital gain, and ensure input and output channel faders are raised.
- Sound is distorted: Ensure the head amp is set correctly and that input/output channel faders are not raised too high.
- Touch screens, LEDs, or lamps are not bright enough: Adjust the brightness parameter on the SETUP screen.
- LCD display dots: Dark or always-lit dots on the LCD are a normal characteristic and not a malfunction.
