The AGPTEK Call Center Headset Special Wire is designed for high-definition digital voice communication, offering clear sound and comfort for extended use.
Description of Headset: This is an over-the-ear headset with a flexible boom microphone positioned near the user's mouth. It connects via a special wire and adapter to telephones.

User Instructions
1. How to Plug In
- Plug the headset's adapter into the phone's RJ9 port.
- Connect the headset to the adapter.
2. Switch to Adjust Adapter
Locate the line sequence switch (numbered 1-8) on the adapter. Cycle through the switches to find a channel that provides clear communication between the caller and receiver.
3. Headset Speaker Volume Knob
Adjust the headset volume using the knob on the headset adapter and the volume controls on the telephone.
4. Microphone Mute Button
Press the Mute Button during a call to disable the microphone's communication functionality. Press it again to resume function. [Mute Button]

Troubleshooting & Support
Question 1: Why is there a static noise or disturbance during use?
Answer: Adjust the line sequence switch (1-8) on the adapter until clear noise cancellation is achieved. Also, adjust the microphone to the desired position for quality voice pickup.
Question 2: The headset is too small and won't fit comfortably.
Answer: Adjust the headset by extending the adjustable iron arm.
