Plate Filler (FUP) Assembly
Tools Required: 13mm Extended Socket, Driver or Screwdriver
- From the inside of each subpanel (PNA), insert three M8x16 hex screws (Item 2) through the corresponding circular cutouts on the panel side.
- From the outside, thread an M8 insert (Item 3) onto each screw, with the flange facing outward.
- Ensure each insert seats flush against the panel surface.
- See Figure 2 & Detail A for visual guidance.
- Align the plate filler (Item 1) with the threaded inserts using the slots on the filler.
- Orient the semi-circular edge of the plate filler slots at the top.
- Slide the plate filler downward to engage and lock it into place on the inserts (see Figure 3).
