Tools Required: T30 Torx Bit, Crescent Wrench, Driver or Screwdriver, 13 & 17 mm extended sockets.
Installation Instructions
1. Subpanel Bracket Installation
- Insert two cage nuts (Item 8) side-by-side into the top rails (Figure 1).
- Insert a flanged cage nut (Item 7) into the subpanel bracket slot (Item 2) from the back.
- Secure the bracket using two M6 screws (Item 9). See Detail A for visual aid.
Torque Specifications: 98 in-lbs per M6 screw
2. Conic Pin Assembly
- Insert the conic pin (Item 3) into a cutout on the bottom rail from the top.
- Important: The pin location on the rails align directly with the rear bracket hole location.
- Secure it from underneath using a M8 nut (Item 5). See Detail B.
- Tighten with crescent wrench and extended 17 mm socket.
3. Subpanel Slider Installation
- Insert two subpanel sliders (Item 4) into the square cutouts on the bottom of the subpanel (Item 1).
- Important: Ensure the flat side faces the door opening (Figure 2).
4. Subpanel Installation
- Rotate the subpanel 45° and slide it across the bottom rails until it makes contact with the conic pins (Item 3).
- Stand the panel upright so the conic pins insert into the sliders and the subpanel makes contact with the top brackets (Figure 2).
- *Ensure pins seat into the subpanel sliders.
5. Subpanel Attachment
- Secure the subpanel using two M8 hex screws (Item 6) through the front circular cutouts into the flanged cage nuts (Item 7). See Figure 3 for details.
Torque Specifications: 98 in-lbs per M8 hex screw.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Subpanel Slider & Installation Detail:
Install the two subpanel sliders into the square cutouts on the bottom of the subpanel. Rotate the subpanel and slide it along the rails until it makes contact with the conic pins. Lift and orient the subpanel vertically to engage with the top brackets (Figure 2).
Subpanel Fasteners Detail:
Insert the M8 hex screw through the circular subpanel cutout. Fasten the screw to the flanged cage nut attached to the subpanel bracket (Figure 3).
Cage Nut Detail:
Insert the cage nut (Item 8), non-flange side away from the rail corners, at a 45° angle. Slide flush with the rail (Figure 4).
