User Manual

Introduction

This product is constantly being updated. The interfaces, accessory styles, and so on in the user manual are for reference only. The actual product shall be subject to the physical item you receive.

Supported formats include AVI, MKV, QT, MPG, ASF, FLV, RMVB, MP3, WMA, ACC, WAVE, FLAC, APE, OGG, MP4 for audio/video, and BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG for images.

The device supports Bluetooth (BT) for music and calls, Phone Link, and Touchscreen functionality.

Please carefully read the following instructions:

  1. Plan the optimal location before fixing.
  2. When connecting the camera, please correspond to the body identification.
  3. For the speed and security of file storage, regularly clean up the storage space.
  4. Product structure and parameters may be improved over time; refer to the actual product if discrepancies exist.

Interference Correction: If the device causes harmful interference to radio or television reception, try adjusting the antenna, connecting to a different socket, or consulting a professional.

Attention: Modifications without manufacturer approval may invalidate operation permission.

FCC Compliance: This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits for uncontrolled environments. Maintain at least 20cm distance between the device and your body during installation and operation.

Installation Methods

There are two types of mounting brackets. The received mounting bracket shall prevail. Installation methods may vary depending on the model.

Installation Method 1: Glass Suction Cup Type Suspension Installation

This method involves using a suction cup bracket to attach the device to the car's windshield or a smooth surface.

Installation Method 2: Desktop Horizontal Installation

This method uses a desktop bracket to place the device on the car's dashboard.

Common Wiring Methods

Wiring may vary slightly for different products; this diagram is for reference only.

Cigarette Lighter Power Plug

This device is powered by the cigarette lighter power plug. After installation, insert the plug into the cigarette lighter to turn it on.

Power Supply Voltage: 12V~30V DC. Voltage ranges may vary by model. Please refer to product identification for specific information.

Note: Use the standard cigarette lighter charger. Using a non-original or low-quality charger may damage the device or cause hazards due to insufficient voltage or overheating, potentially affecting FM transmission.

Audio Output Methods

There are three audio output methods:

  1. Built-in Speaker: The device has a built-in speaker for audio output. For louder sound, you can transfer it to your car's speakers.

  2. AUX Line Transmission: Transmit audio to the original car player via a 3.5mm AUX cable. (Only some models support this.)

  3. FM Signal Transmission: Transmit sound to the original car radio. Enable FM transmission mode and tune the car radio to the same FM frequency as the device (e.g., FM106.0MHz). For optimal quality, use an unoccupied frequency band. Volume must be controlled via the original car system. Some models may require turning on an 'ON' switch for FM audio transmission.

Bluetooth (BT) Pairing Connection

You can use BT for music or calls. Pairing is required for wireless CarPlay.

  1. Click the settings icon, then the BT icon to enter the BT connection page.
  2. Search for the device's BT name. The phone will display a matching code; confirm to match and connect.
  3. PIN Number: "0000", "1234", "123456", or "88888888" (if required).
  4. Pairing Devices: Navigate to Phone > Settings > BT > Search for Device. Find the BT name (e.g., "CAR***") and connect. A PIN code box may appear; enter the code or confirm directly.

Call Function

  1. Input the phone number via the interface. Click ❌ to delete incorrect entries.
  2. Press ? to dial.
  3. Press ? to end the current call.

Telephone Directory

  1. Enter the phone book interface and click the [Sync Contact] button to synchronize contacts.
  2. Search for contacts by clicking the ? button to open a search box and entering letters.

BT Music Playback Function

Connect to a BT phone for playback/pause/up/down operations. Go to your phone's music page and play songs.

Reversing Camera Connection (CCD)

The reversing video input can be connected via an RCA adapter cable. When a signal is present, the LCD will automatically switch to the camera image. (Camera sold separately.)

The yellow line is the extension line for the rearview camera (From A to B). The red short line is the reversing trigger line, connected to the reversing light's power line. When reversing, the rearview camera will be triggered to work (From B to C).

[Safety Warning]: When driving normally, avoid turning on the rearview camera to prevent distraction.

Function Description

Mirror Link Function Connection

Compatibility varies by phone model and connection type. Refer to the physical unit for final specifications.

For Android Mirror Link

  1. Wired Mirror Link (supported by some models): Connect your mobile phone via USB cable. Choose "trust" on your phone for full HD display. Connect BT for sound transmission. Mobile app installation authorization may be required.

  2. Wireless Mirror Link (supported by some models): Wirelessly search for the product device on your mobile phone and connect. Download and install the prompted APP, granting necessary authorizations.

For iPhone Mirror Link

  1. Wired Mirror Link (supported by some models): Connect your iPhone via USB cable. Choose "trust" on your phone for full HD display.

Apple CarPlay (Wired & Wireless)

Refer to specific model specifications. Some models do not support wireless connections.

  1. Wired Connection: Connect iPhone to the USB port with an Apple original/certified cable.
  2. Wireless Connection: Turn on BT and Wi-Fi on your mobile phone, then connect BT. The device will automatically enter the CarPlay interface. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi.

Android Auto (Wired & Wireless)

Refer to specific model specifications. Some models do not support wireless connections. This feature may not be supported in all countries; Google Play services must be available locally. Download and install "Android Auto" from Google Play. A mobile phone with Android 10.0 or higher and a valid data cable are required.

  1. Wired Connection: Connect the USB data cable; the device will automatically enter the Android Auto interface.
  2. Wireless Connection: Turn on BT and Wi-Fi on your mobile phone, then connect BT. The device will automatically enter the Android Auto interface. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi.
