Getting Started: Choose Transmit or Receive Mode

Transmit Mode (TX): Used to send audio from a wired headphone jack (e.g., airplane TV, treadmill at the gym) to AirPods or wireless headphones. Connect AirPods or wireless headphones to any headphone jack.

Receive Mode (RX): Used to receive Bluetooth audio from a device (e.g., smartphone or tablet) and send it to the AUX-IN port of a connected stereo device (e.g., car, boat, etc.). Connect your phone wirelessly to AUX-IN.

Pairing AirFly Pro with AirPods (Transmit Mode)

  1. To put AirPods into Pairing Mode, first place them in their charging case. With the lid open, press and hold the button on the back of the Charging Case until the light flashes white.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on devices connected to your AirPods. To enter pairing mode, turn on AirFly Pro by pressing and holding the Power Button for 4 seconds. AirFly will flash amber and white to indicate it is in pairing mode. If AirFly Pro is not flashing amber and white, reset to factory settings by pressing the Reset Button on the right side.
  3. When the connection is successful*, the light on the charging case will be green, and AirFly Pro will remain solid white for 10 seconds.

*This may take up to 90 seconds for the first pairing, but AirFly Pro will remember your AirPods for future reconnections.

  1. Plug AirFly Pro into the headphone jack of any device to listen to audio.

Pairing AirFly Pro with Wireless Headphones (Transmit Mode)

  1. Put your headphones into Bluetooth Pairing Mode (refer to your headphone user manual for details).
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on devices connected to your headphones. Turn on AirFly Pro by pressing and holding the Power Button for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode. AirFly will flash amber and white to indicate it is in pairing mode.

*If AirFly Pro is not flashing amber and white, reset to factory settings by pressing the Reset button on the right side.

  1. When the connection is successful, AirFly Pro will remain solid white for 10 seconds.

  1. Plug AirFly Pro into the headphone jack of any device to listen to audio.

Pairing AirFly Pro with a Second Set of Wireless Headphones

After one set of headphones is paired, you can pair a second set with AirFly Pro. To enter Pairing Mode, double-press the Power Button (Note: AirFly must already be on).

When the connection is successful, AirFly Pro will remain solid white for 10 seconds.

Reconnecting AirPods/Headphones to iPhone

Once paired, AirFly Pro will remember your AirPods/Headphones and switch to them when the unit is turned on. To use your AirPods/Headphones with your iPhone again, first turn off AirFly Pro.

Open Bluetooth Settings on your iPhone and select your headphones from the list. When your headphones are successfully connected to your iPhone, the status will change from “Not Connected” to “Connected”.

Using AirFly Pro with an AUX-IN Port (Receive Mode)

Switch AirFly Pro to Receive Mode (RX). To turn on AirFly, press and hold the Power Button (if it's not already on), and AirFly will begin flashing amber and white as it enters Pairing Mode.

While AirFly Pro is in Pairing Mode, open your smartphone's Bluetooth settings. Select AirFly Pro from “Other Devices” to complete the pairing.

Once your phone is connected, plug AirFly Pro into the AUX-IN port of the desired source.

Tips and Tricks

Charging AirFly Pro

To charge, plug the included USB-C to USB-A charging cable into AirFly Pro and then into any USB port. AirFly Pro fully charges in 2 hours.

AirFly Pro's internal battery lasts over 25 hours. We recommend fully charging your AirFly Pro before first use. If your AirFly Pro's charge is low, the amber light will flash 3 times to indicate that you need to charge it soon.

While charging, AirFly Pro will glow solid amber. When fully charged, the amber light will turn off.

Turning AirFly Pro On and Off

To turn on AirFly Pro, press and hold the Power Button for up to 5 seconds until the AirFly Pro lights illuminate.

To turn off AirFly Pro, press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds. AirFly Pro will flash amber 2 times and then turn off.
