Description
The LRS-200 series is a 200W single-output enclosed type power supply with a 30mm low profile design. Adopting the input of 115VAC or 230VAC (selectable by switch), the entire series provides an output voltage line of 3.3V, 4.2V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V, and 48V. In addition to high efficiency up to 90%, the design of a metallic mesh case enhances the heat dissipation of the LRS-200, allowing the whole series to operate from -25°C through 70°C under air convection without a fan. Delivering extremely low no-load power consumption (less than 0.75W), it allows the end system to easily meet worldwide energy requirements. The LRS-200 has complete protection functions and 5G anti-vibration capability; it complies with international safety regulations such as IEC/UL 62368-1. The LRS-200 series serves as a high price-to-performance power supply solution for various industrial applications.

Block Diagram
The block diagram illustrates the power supply's internal architecture. It shows the signal path starting from the AC input (115/230V switchable) passing through an EMI Filter, Rectifiers, Power Switching stage (controlled by PWM CONTROL), followed by Rectifiers & Filter stages. Protection circuits like O.L.P. (Over Load Protection), O.T.P. (Over Temperature Protection), and O.V.P. (Over Voltage Protection) are integrated, with a DETECTION CIRCUIT monitoring these parameters. The output stage provides +V and -V DC outputs. The switching frequency (fosc) is 65KHz.
Derating Curve
The derating curve shows the relationship between ambient temperature and load capacity. Two curves are presented: one for 3.3V-5V models and another for 12V-48V models. Both curves indicate that the maximum load capacity (100%) is maintained up to approximately 40-50°C, after which the load capacity decreases linearly as the ambient temperature increases towards 70°C.
Static Characteristics
The static characteristics graphs illustrate the power supply's performance under different input voltage conditions. Two curves are shown: one for 180-264VAC input and another for 90-132VAC input. Both curves show the load percentage versus input voltage. For the 180-264VAC range, the power supply can operate at 100% load across the entire input voltage range (180-264VAC). For the 90-132VAC range, the power supply can operate at 100% load from approximately 100VAC up to 132VAC.
Mechanical Specification
The power supply unit has a metallic enclosure with dimensions of 215mm (Length) x 115mm (Width) x 30mm (Height). It features four M4 mounting holes (L=3mm) on the sides and four M4 mounting holes (L=5mm) on the bottom for installation. A +V ADJ. (Adjust) potentiometer is visible on the top surface, along with an LED indicator.
