Hardware Details
Description of the front panel layout and controls:
- 1. Power switch: Turns amplifier on or off.
- 2. Power LED: Illuminates blue when amplifier is on.
- 3. Input/clip LED: Illuminates red whenever input source approaches the threshold value of +10 dBu. If the indicator illuminates frequently, reduce input signal level.
- 4. Mic/line input: XLR/1/4-inch TRS combo jack for connecting a dynamic microphone.
- 5. Gain knob: Allows for fine-tuning of the mic/line input level. If the input/clip indicator is red, reduce the input gain. The adjustment range is 0 dB to +50 dB.
- 6. Bluetooth LED: LED is off when no device is connected to Bluetooth technology. LED blinks blue when ready to pair with a Bluetooth-enabled device. LED is solid blue when a Bluetooth enabled device is connected.
- 7. Input selection switch: Allows you to choose between rear line inputs A/Bluetooth and B from the front panel of the amplifier.
- 8. Display: 16-bit grayscale OLED display, 96 × 96 resolution.
- 9. Rotary encoder: Controls the menu interface as well as adjusts volume, bass, and treble levels.
Description of the rear panel layout and connectors:
- 1. Line input: Unbalanced line-level input connectors (processed as stereo signals).
- 2. Gain knob: Allows for -20 dB to +20 dB of adjustment to each Input A/B. Allows for 0 dB to +50 dB of gain control of page input signal.
- 3. Page input: Euroblock mic/line input that supports dynamic microphones with a trigger contact closure for use with push-to-talk (PTT) microphones.
- 4. Aux output: Variable, unbalanced line-level output signal for routing the signal to additional audio equipment.
- 5. Mute connector: Contact closure connection that upon trigger will mute all outputs (including aux output).
- 6. Update port: USB-C port for software updates.
- 7. ControlCenter port: Input connector for either a CC-2 zone controller for volume control and A/B source selection or a CC-1 zone controller for volume control only.
- 8. Loudspeaker output: Inverted 2-pin Euroblock connectors for 4–8 Ω loudspeaker connections.
- 9. Power input: Standard IEC power cord receptacle.
