Hardware Details
Front Panel
- 1. Power Switch: Turns the amplifier power on/off.
- 2. Power LED: Solid green indicates power on. Flashing green indicates standby mode.
- 3. Input Signal/Clip LED (Input A/B): Green for levels -34 dBu to +10 dBu; Red for levels above +10 dBu. Input gain level set to 5.
- 4. Output Signal/Clip LED: Green for levels -40 dBFS to -2 dBFS; Red for levels above -2 dBFS (approx. 100W/channel). 160W is 0 dBFS for each output.
- 5. Bluetooth LED: Off when no Bluetooth device is connected. Flashes green when ready to pair with a Bluetooth device. Solid green when a Bluetooth device is connected.
- 6. Input Select Switch: Selects the source for Input A/Bluetooth or Input B.
- 7. Display: 16-bit grayscale OLED display with 96 x 96 resolution.
- 8. Rotary Encoder: Used for controlling the menu interface and adjusting volume, bass, and treble levels.
Rear Panel
- 1. Line Inputs: Balanced and unbalanced line-level inputs for Input A and Input B, which mix to mono.
- 2. Gain Knobs: Adjust input gain for Input A and Input B from -20 dB to +20 dB. Page input gain is adjustable from 0 dB to +50 dB.
- 3. Page Input: Euroblock microphone/line input. Supports dynamic microphones with Voice Activation (VOX) or trigger contact closure for Push-to-Talk (PTT) microphones.
- 4. Mute Connector: Contact closure input to mute all outputs (including AUX outputs).
- 5. Paging Threshold Knob: Adjusts the level of the VOX page input signal that begins muting other inputs. Offers a 10 dB adjustment range to raise the paging trigger level above the noise floor, preventing false triggers. Minimum setting triggers VOX paging at -70 dBu; maximum setting triggers at -60 dBu. This adjustment is not applicable in PTT paging mode.
- 6. DIP Switches: Configure various functions and features, such as output modes and paging. Refer to the online user manual for details.
- 7. Update Port: USB-C port for software updates.
- 8. AUX Output: Variable or fixed unbalanced line-level output signal for use with other audio equipment or for routing signals from amplified zones.
- 9. ControlCenter Port: Input connector for ControlCenter CC-2 zone controllers (for volume adjustment and A/B source selection) or CC-1 controllers (for volume adjustment only).
- 10. 70V/100V Switch: Selects the high-impedance (Hi-Z) output voltage for 70V or 100V speakers.
- 11. Speaker Outputs: Two 2-pin Euroblock connectors for speaker connections. Outputs cannot be bridged.
