Important Safety Information

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:
- Game will not turn on: Ensure the power cord is plugged into a working wall outlet and the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.
- Game turns ON, but no sound: Check that the Volume Switch is not in the OFF position. Ensure plugs are correctly connected.
- Sound, but no picture: Ensure plugs are correctly connected. Try resetting the game by turning the ON/OFF switch OFF, unplugging the unit for 60 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning it ON.
- Game screen is frozen: Reset the game by turning the ON/OFF switch OFF, unplugging the unit for 60 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning it ON.
- Game screen looks pixelated or has lines: Ensure plugs are correctly connected. Reset the game as described above.
- A button on the control deck is stuck: Gently use a thin object (like a business card) to clean debris between the button and its housing.
- Cannot scroll through games: Ensure you are using the correct joystick movements and buttons as described in the game controls section.
- Cannot select a game to play: Ensure you are pressing the correct button to enter the game selection.
- Cannot start a game after entering: Ensure you are pressing the correct button to start the game.
- Cannot exit a game to return to the menu: Ensure you are pressing the correct exit button and holding it down for approximately 5 seconds.
