Smart Control with the Tellur Smart App

The Tellur Smart app allows for comprehensive management of your power strip:

Setup Process:

  1. Download and install the "Tellur Smart" application from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create a user account or log in if you already have one.
  3. Plug the power strip into a power outlet.
  4. Press and hold the power button on the strip for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  5. Open the Tellur Smart app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device, and select "Power Strip (WiFi)".
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the power strip to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.

App Functionality:

  • Remote Control: Turn individual outlets or all outlets on/off from anywhere.
  • Scheduling: Set custom schedules for devices to turn on or off automatically.
  • Timers: Configure countdown timers for specific actions.
  • Voice Control: Integrate with voice assistants for hands-free operation.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Problem: The power strip fails to connect to the WiFi network.

Possible Solutions:

  • Ensure your WiFi network is operating on the 2.4GHz band, as 5GHz is not supported for initial setup.
  • Verify that the WiFi password entered into the app is correct.
  • Move the power strip closer to your WiFi router during the pairing process.
