Diagram Descriptions
Figure 1
This figure shows a rear view of the MG HS vehicle bumper. It indicates cut-out dimensions required for the towbar installation: 85mm x 140mm for the standard MG HS and 105mm x 140mm for the MG HS PHEV model. The diagram notes that a 'Trophy bumper' is shown for illustration purposes.
Figure 2
This diagram illustrates the mounting points for the towbar components on the vehicle chassis. It shows the left hand side arm (B1) and right hand side arm (B2) attaching to the chassis and the main crossbar (A). Specific vehicle models, 'MG HS' and 'MG HS PHEV', are referenced in relation to the mounting positions, and item T1 (spacer tube) is indicated at the lower mounting point.
Figure 3
This figure provides an exploded view of the towbar assembly. It details the main crossbar (A), side arms (B1, B2), and extension (C). Various fasteners are depicted, including bolts (D, E, F, G, J), nuts (H), washers (K, L, M, N, P), and a spacer tube (T1). The diagram shows how these components connect to form the complete towbar structure, referencing items by letter and number.
