Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Reebok ONE GB40 exercise bike.
Step 1: Attach Front Stabilizer
Attach the front stabilizer (F-1) to the main frame (D-1) using screws (E-1), flat washers (E-2), and nuts (E-3). Secure with the box spanner and screwdriver.

Step 2: Attach Rear Stabilizer
Attach the rear stabilizer (G-1) to the main frame (D-1) using screws (E-1), flat washers (E-2), and nuts (E-3). Secure with the box spanner and screwdriver.

Step 3: Attach Handlebar Post
Connect the handlebar post set (C) to the main frame (D). Use screws (C-4) and washers as indicated in the diagram. Ensure the cable (C-2) is connected to the console (A).

Step 4: Attach Handlebar
Attach the handlebar set (B) to the top of the handlebar post (C). Secure with screws (B-5) and semi washers (B-6). Attach the foam grips (B-1) and connect the heart rate wires (B-4).

Step 5: Attach Seat Post and Saddle
Insert the seat post set (H) into the main frame (D). Adjust the height using the knob (H-4) and secure with the screw bracket (H-3) and flat washer (H-5). Attach the saddle (D-30) to the seat post.

Step 6: Attach Pedals
Identify the left and right pedals (D-29). Screw the left pedal into the left crank (D-13) and the right pedal into the right crank (D-14). Ensure they are tightened securely.

Step 7: Connect Console and Final Checks
Connect any remaining wires from the console (A) to the appropriate sensors. Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened. Place the water bottle holder (D-34) if desired.
