Easy Solution: Use the Clean Water Tank Calibration Procedure.

Clean Water Tank Calibration Procedure

Step 1: Remove the clean water tank.
Step 2: Start the cleaner and press the spray button to expel water from the pipeline.
Step 3: Stop the cleaner.
Step 4: Press and hold the two buttons simultaneously. The screen will flash two times, indicating the calibration procedure is complete.
Step 5: Return the clean water tank to the cleaner body. The wet/dry vacuum cleaner should now function properly.
