The FYRTUR and KADRILJ models offer wireless control via remote or the IKEA Home Smart App, allowing simultaneous or individual control of multiple blinds. Developed with a focus on quality and function, these blinds are guaranteed to last for 5 years when used according to care instructions and for normal domestic use.
This guarantee of function and materials is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
IKEA HK provides a 5-year guarantee for the FYRTUR & KADRILJ motorised roller blinds.
What is Covered Under This Guarantee?
This guarantee covers the full functionality of the blinds. Provided care instructions are followed and the blinds are used for normal domestic purposes (defined as raising and lowering the blinds once per day), they will function as new even after 5 years. The guarantee is valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase.
To claim under this guarantee, proof of purchase (original, copy, or photo of sales memo or online order invoice from IKEA Hong Kong/Macau) is required.
The guarantee covers:
- All electronic parts, with the exception of the battery.

- KADRILJ roller blind (wireless/battery-operated, grey)
How IKEA HK Handles Guarantee Claims
IKEA HK will examine the product and consult with the manufacturer if necessary. IKEA HK will, at its sole discretion, determine if the product is covered under this guarantee. All decisions made by IKEA HK are final.
What IKEA Will Do to Correct the Problem
If a product is deemed covered by this guarantee, IKEA will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace it with the same or a comparable product.
IKEA will cover the costs of repairs and spare parts, provided the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to repairs not authorized by IKEA. Replaced parts become the property of IKEA.
If the product is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement, as determined by IKEA at its sole discretion.
What is Not Covered Under This Guarantee?
- Changes in the appearance of the blinds, unless they significantly affect functionality.
- Products that have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with incorrect methods or products.
- Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Products placed outdoors or in humid environments.
- Consequential or incidental damages.
- Bargain items or products without valid proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase and Contact
Please keep all original sales invoices (original, copy, or photo) as proof of purchase.
In the event of any discrepancy, the English version of this guarantee shall prevail.
