Solar Charging:
Connect solar panels (in series or parallel) using the solar charging cable. Ensure panels comply with: Voc: 12V-60V, Input Current: 10A Max., Input Power: 500W Max. ⚠️ Warning: Open circuit voltage exceeding 60V will damage the device and is not covered by warranty.
Car Charging:
Connect the AC180P to a vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter port using the car charging cable. ⚠️ Warning: Ensure the cigarette lighter plug is fully inserted to prevent safety risks.
Generator Charging:
Connect the AC180P to a generator using the AC charging cable.
Discharging:
AC Output:
The AC180P provides up to 1800W AC power through its 4 AC output ports (2 for EU version). It can handle a surge of 2700W.
DC Output:
- 12V/10A cigarette lighter port.
- USB-C (PD 100W).
- USB-A (30W total, 15W Max. per port).
- Wireless charging pad (15W Max.).
Estimated Operation Time:
Operation time depends on factors like ambient temperature, discharge rate, battery capacity, and load characteristics.
Calculation formula:
- For high power loads (e.g., 600W): Operation time (estimated) = Battery capacity (Wh) × DoD × η ÷ (load power)
- For low power loads (e.g., 40W): Operation time (estimated) = Battery capacity (Wh) × DoD × η ÷ (load power + self-consumption of AC180P)
Notes:
- Self-consumption of AC180P is approximately 15W.
- DoD (Depth of Discharge) is typically 90% for optimal battery life.
- η (conversion efficiency) is greater than 85% for AC180P.
- Example: A 40W refrigerator can run for approximately 20 hours (1440Wh × 90% × 85% ÷ (40W + 15W) ≈ 20 hours).
- Low temperatures and excessive loads can significantly impact battery capacity and reduce operation time.
BLUETTI App:
Download the BLUETTI app from the App Store or Google Play. The AC180P supports Bluetooth connection, allowing you to monitor and control the unit remotely via your mobile phone or smart device. Refer to the BLUETTI APP INSTRUCTIONS for more details.
Appendix
FAQS:
- Device Compatibility: Evaluate your devices' total constant load against the AC180P's 1800W output. Note that devices with motors/compressors may have higher startup surge requirements.
- Third-Party Solar Panels: Yes, provided they have an open circuit voltage of 12V-60V and MC4 connectors. Do not mix different types of panels. Charge time varies with weather conditions.
- Simultaneous Charge/Discharge: Yes, the AC180P supports pass-through charging.
- ECO Mode: Helps save power by automatically turning off AC/DC output on low/no load. It can be enabled/disabled on the screen. Power thresholds and duration for auto-off can be set.
- Low Charging Power: The intelligent BMS adjusts charging power based on battery temperature and SoC to protect the battery and extend its lifespan.
- Quieter Charging: Select "Silent" charging mode in the BLUETTI app.
- Grid Enhancement Mode: Useful for unstable AC sources (grid/generator) to adapt to voltage fluctuations.
