Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why does my computer lag or fail to reach the calibrated polling rate after setting a high polling rate?
A1: High polling rates require specific CPU performance and memory frequency. Computers with lower specifications may experience lag or be unable to achieve the preset polling rate.
Q2: Why does my mouse battery life seem shorter after enabling the 8K polling rate?
A2: A higher polling rate increases the mouse's power consumption, leading to shorter battery life. This is a normal phenomenon.
