SumUp 3G and SumUp Pro: Quick Start Guide
This guide provides essential information for setting up and using your SumUp 3G and SumUp Pro card readers and printers.
Getting Started
If you haven't already, create a profile on sumup.me.
- Turn on the card reader: Turn on the card reader and select your preferred language.
- Connect: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to a WiFi network or skip this step to automatically connect to the mobile network.
Note: For security reasons, your card reader can only connect to password-protected WiFi networks.
- Log in: Enter your SumUp details (email address and password) using the touchscreen keyboard.
- All set! You are ready to accept card payments.
Device Operations
The following instructions apply to both the SumUp 3G Printer and the SumUp Pro Printer:
- Attach the card reader: [Attach card reader]
- Remove receipts: [Tear receipt upwards]
- Replace paper roll: [Push down on the ridges to replace the paper roll]
- Remove card reader: [Press the button to lift out the card reader]
