Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble two identical end frames. Each frame is constructed by connecting two vertical posts with horizontal bars. The connection points are indicated by circular callouts.
Step 2
Assemble two identical long side frames. Each frame consists of two parallel horizontal bars connected by crossbars.
Step 3
Attach component A (central support) to each of the end frames assembled in Step 1. Secure each attachment using two pieces of component L (screws).
Step 4
Attach component A (central supports) to each of the long side frames assembled in Step 2. Secure each attachment using three pieces of component B (screws).
Step 5
Assemble two more identical end frames, similar to Step 1.
Step 6
Assemble two more identical long side frames, similar to Step 2.
Step 7
Attach component A (central support) to each of the end frames assembled in Step 5. Secure each attachment using two pieces of component L (screws).
Step 8
Attach component A (central supports) to each of the long side frames assembled in Step 6. Secure each attachment using three pieces of component B (screws).
Step 9
Join the two end frame assemblies (from Steps 3 and 7) to the two long side frame assemblies (from Steps 4 and 8) to form the main rectangular base of the mattress foundation.
Step 10
Attach the central support beam (component C) and two additional support beams (component D) to the main frame. The diagram shows component C being placed centrally and component D beams being attached.
Step 11
Attach the remaining crossbars (component E) to the frame. The diagram shows two pieces of component E being attached.
Step 12
The assembly is now complete. The image shows the fully assembled mattress foundation frame.
