Important Safety Information
- Use of unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries can cause fire, explosion, electric shock, pose other risks, or damage the device.
- Operating temperature range: 0°C to 40°C. Using outside this range may damage the device.
- If your device has a built-in battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damage.
- Charge only with included or authorized cable and adapter. Use only authorized accessories.
- Disconnect adapter after charging. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
- Battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Mishandling may cause fire or explosion. Dispose/recycle according to local regulations.
- Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. Stop use if deformed or damaged.
- Do not short-circuit the battery (may cause overheating, burns, or injury).
- Do not place the battery in high-temperature environments (may cause explosion).
- Do not disassemble, hit, or crush the battery (may cause leaks, overheating, or explosion).
- Do not burn the battery (may cause fire or explosion).
- User shall not remove or alter the battery. Removal or repair only by authorized repair center.
- Keep your device dry.

- Connect other devices according to their manuals. Do not connect incompatible devices.
- For AC/DC adapters, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and easily accessible.

POCO Warranty Notice
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights conveyed by laws of your country, province or state. Consumer law may impose a minimum warranty period. Xiaomi does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, except as permitted by law. Consult your country's laws for a full understanding of your rights.
Contractual Warranty
This warranty applies only to the hardware components of POCO Product as originally supplied. It does not apply to software or other equipment owned by Xiaomi or third parties.
Limited Product Warranty
Xiaomi warrants the original purchaser that your POCO Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Except as provided by applicable law, the warranty lasts for one (1) year for the host unit, six (6) months for the removable battery and charger, one (1) year for the irremovable battery, and three (3) months for the earphone (if applicable) from the date of purchase. Xiaomi does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum legal warranty period imposed by applicable law. Xiaomi does not warrant that the Product's operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Remedies
If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Xiaomi will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the Product, excluding potential shipping costs. These are your sole and exclusive remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by law. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period applicable in your jurisdiction.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
In accordance with applicable law, Xiaomi may require proof of purchase and warranty card with IMEI. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials stored on the product. Such data, software, or materials may be lost or reformatted during service, and Xiaomi will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
Exclusions and Limitations
Unless otherwise stipulated by Xiaomi, this Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for Xiaomi, identified by the "Xiaomi", "Mi", or "POCO" trademark, trade name, or logo. The Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage due to acts of nature or God (e.g., lightning, tornadoes, flood, fire, earthquake).
- Negligence.
- Commercial use.
- Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product.
- Damage caused by use with non-Xiaomi or non-POCO products.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse.
- Damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted uses or with improper voltage or power supply.
- Damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone not a representative of Xiaomi.
- Failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's usage.
Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered. No Xiaomi/POCO reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty. If any term is held illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of remaining terms shall not be affected.
After-sales services are limited to the country or region of original purchase, except as prohibited by laws or otherwise promised by Xiaomi.
Products not duly imported, manufactured, or acquired from Xiaomi or an official seller are not covered. You may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer who sold the product. Contact the retailer.
These warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Implied Warranties
Except as prohibited by law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Damages
Except as prohibited by law, Xiaomi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data), damages from breach of warranty/condition, or under any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
