Important Safety Information

• Use of unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries can cause fire, explosion, electric shock, or damage.
• Operating temperature range: 0°C to 40°C. Using the device outside this range may cause damage.
• Do not attempt to replace a built-in battery yourself.
• Charge only with included or authorized cable and power adapter. Use compatible accessories.
• Disconnect the adapter after charging. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
• Recycle or dispose of batteries separately from household waste. Mishandling can cause fire or explosion. Follow local regulations.
• Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. Stop use if deformed or damaged.
• Do not short-circuit the battery (risk of overheating, burns).
• Do not place the battery in high-temperature environments (risk of explosion).

This warranty grants specific rights. Consult your local laws for a full understanding of your rights.

Limited Product Warranty

Xiaomi warrants the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty period: 1 year for host unit, 6 months for removable battery/charger, 1 year for non-removable battery, 3 months for earphone (if applicable), from the date of purchase.

Xiaomi does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Remedies

If a defect is found, Xiaomi will repair, replace, or refund the product (excluding shipping costs). Shipping and handling charges may apply unless prohibited by law.

Replacement hardware is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Xiaomi may require proof of purchase and IMEI. It is your responsibility to back up your data. Xiaomi is not responsible for data loss during service.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to Xiaomi/POCO manufactured products. It does not cover:

• Damage from acts of nature, negligence, commercial use, alterations, use with non-Xiaomi/POCO products, accident/abuse/misuse, improper operation/voltage, unauthorized service, or failure to follow instructions.
• Software recovery and reinstallation.

No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty.

After-sales services are limited to the country or region of original purchase.

Products not duly imported, manufactured, or acquired from Xiaomi or an official seller are not covered. You may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty, as permitted by law.

Limitation of Damages

Xiaomi is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data), even if advised of the possibility.
