Using unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, electric shock, or other hazards or device damage.
The operating temperature range for this device is 0°C to 40°C. Using this device in environments outside this temperature range may damage the device.
If your device has a built-in battery, do not attempt to replace the battery yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
Charge this device only with the supplied or an authorized cable and power adapter. Use only authorized accessories that are compatible with your device.
Unplug the adapter from both the device and the power outlet after charging is complete. Do not charge the device for more than 12 hours.
The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Improper use of the battery may result in fire or explosion. Dispose of or recycle the device, its battery, and accessories in accordance with your local regulations.
Do not disassemble, strike, crush, or burn the battery. If the battery is deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
Do not short-circuit the battery, as this may cause overheating, burns, or other injuries.
Do not place the battery in a high-temperature environment. Overheating may cause an explosion.

Connect other devices according to their instructions. Do not connect incompatible devices to this device.
For AC/DC adapters, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country, province or state to country, province or state. As permitted by law, XIAOMI does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have. To fully understand your rights we encourage you to consult the laws of your country, province or state.

This contractual warranty applies only to the hardware components of the POCO product (hereinafter referred to as "Product") as originally supplied and does not apply to any software or other equipment that belongs to Xiaomi or third parties for which an end user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply.

Limited Product Warranty

Xiaomi warrants to the original purchaser that your POCO Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with its published user manuals, during the warranty period. Unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is provided for one (1) year for the host unit, six (6) months for the detachable battery and charger, one (1) year for the non-detachable battery, three (3) months for the earphones, if applicable, from the date of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xiaomi does not exclude, limit or suspend the minimum statutory warranty period imposed by applicable law. Xiaomi does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by Xiaomi within the warranty period, Xiaomi will, at its option: (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (3) refund the Product, subject to deduction of any applicable shipping costs. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may be applied, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

In accordance with applicable law, Xiaomi may require the customer to provide details of proof of purchase and the warranty card with the IMEI of the product. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials that you may have saved or stored on the product. It is likely that such data, software or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and Xiaomi will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

Exclusions and Limitations

Unless Xiaomi states otherwise, this Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by Xiaomi that is identifiable by the "Xiaomi" or "Mi" or "POCO" trademark, trade name, or the logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) any damage caused by acts of nature or causes beyond human control, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes or other external causes; (b) negligence; (c) commercial use; (d) any modification to or alteration of any part of the Product; (e) damage caused by use with a non-Xiaomi or non-POCO product; (f) damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse, misuse, or acts of fraud; (g) damage caused by operating the Product outside of the Xiaomi-published user manuals, intended uses or incorrect voltage or power supply; or (h) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Xiaomi, or (i) failure to comply with instructions related to the Product’s use.

Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this Limited Warranty. No Xiaomi reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected. Except as prohibited by law or as otherwise promised by Xiaomi, after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of the original purchase. Products that were not properly imported and/or were not properly manufactured by Xiaomi and/or were not properly purchased from Xiaomi or a Xiaomi authorized reseller are not covered by these warranties. In accordance with applicable law, you may benefit from warranty rights from the unofficial retailer that sold you the product. Therefore, Xiaomi invites you to contact the retailer from which you purchased the product. These warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Xiaomi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Xiaomi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
