KALLAX Shelf Unit Assembly Instructions

WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip over. To prevent tip over, this furniture must be used with the wall attachment device(s) provided.
Screws(s) and plug(s) for the wall are not included. Use screw(s) and plug(s) suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully.

Assembly Steps
- Attach the wall bracket to the wall using appropriate screws and plugs (not included). Secure the bracket with screws (Part #104321) and dowels (Part #101339).
- Assemble the frame by connecting the side panels and top/bottom panels using dowels (Part #101339) and screws. A hammer may be needed to gently tap the dowels into place.
- Insert the shelf panels into the assembled frame, securing them with dowels (Part #101339).
- Continue assembling the frame by adding the remaining panels and securing them with dowels (Part #101339).
- Slide the back panel into the grooves of the assembled frame.
- Attach the second set of side panels and secure them with dowels (Part #101339).
- Insert the remaining shelf panels into the frame.
- Attach the final top/bottom panels and secure them with screws (Part #104321) and dowels (Part #101339).
- Secure the unit to the wall bracket using the provided wall attachment devices (Part #121030) and screws (Part #100372). Ensure the unit is stable and level.
- Attach the second wall bracket to the wall.
- Secure the unit to the second wall bracket.
- Attach the final top/bottom panels and secure them with screws.
- Attach the final top/bottom panels and secure them with screws.
Wall Mounting
The unit must be secured to the wall using the provided wall attachment devices to prevent tipping. Ensure you use screws and plugs suitable for your wall type. If unsure, consult a professional.
