Product Overview

The Olight Oclip Ultra is a versatile clip-on flashlight featuring a high-performance LED, a clip for easy attachment, a lanyard hole, a USB-C charging port, and a magnet. It offers multiple lighting modes including floodlight, spotlight, and UV light.

Operation Instructions

Charging (Figure 2)

Connect the USB-C cable to charge the device. During charging, high output or above brightness levels are inactivated. The indicator light shows:

• Red light blinking: Charging (0% - 95%)
• Green: Charging Completed (95% - 100%)

Lockout/Unlock (Figure 3)

To Lock: When the light is off, press and hold the switch for about 2 seconds. The light will turn on briefly and then turn off, indicating it is locked.

To Unlock: Press and hold the switch again for about 2 seconds until the light turns on.

Light Switching with Selector (Figure 4)

Rotate the selector to choose between floodlight, spotlight, and UV light modes.

Spotlight and Floodlight Modes

• On/Off (Figure 5): Single press the switch to turn the light on or off. The flashlight remembers the last used brightness level (Moonlight, Low, Medium, High are memorized; Turbo is memorized as High; Strobe and White Beacon are not memorized).
• Moonlight Mode (Figure 6): When the light is off, press and hold the button for over 1 second. If the last used mode was Moonlight, a single press will activate it.
• Turbo Mode (Figure 7): Quickly double-press the button to activate Turbo mode.
• Strobe Mode (Figure 8): When the light is off, quickly press the button three or more times to activate Strobe. Press or press and hold to turn off Strobe.
• Brightness Level Adjustment (Figure 9): When the light is on, press and hold the button to cycle through brightness levels (Low, Medium, High). Release the button to select the desired level. (Moonlight and Turbo modes are not part of this cycle).
• White Light Beacon Mode (Figure 10): When the light is on, quickly press the button three or more times to activate Beacon mode. Press or press and hold to turn off Beacon.

UV Light Mode

• On/Off (Figure 11): Single press the switch to turn the UV light on or off. Power output is 800mW with sufficient battery and 300mW when the battery is low.

Battery Indicator (Figure 12)

When the light is off, rotate the selector to check the battery level. The indicator shows:

• Green: 60% - 100%
• Orange: 30% - 60%
• Red: 1% - 30%

(In Lockout mode, the indicator will briefly turn red for about 2 seconds when the selector is rotated.)

Safety Precautions

DANGER

• Do not disassemble the product.
• Do not throw the product into fire, as it may cause the battery to burn or explode.

CAUTION

• Do not look directly at the light source or shine it into eyes, as this may cause temporary blindness or permanent eye damage.
• Do not obstruct the lens, as the emitted energy may cause objects to burn.
• Do not leave, charge, or use the product in a car or similar environment where temperatures may exceed 60°C.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids, as it will damage the product.
• Do not place the light in a dusty environment, as dust may enter the switch and cause functional failure.
• The clip is magnetic; clean off any adsorbed metal powder to ensure proper function.

NOTICE

• Use only the provided TYPE-C charging cable to charge the product to avoid damage.
• Charge the product fully before storing it for extended periods.
• Lock the product when carrying or transporting it.
• Keep the dust cover closed when the charging port is not in use to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering.
• If you have an ICD or pacemaker, avoid close or prolonged contact with this product to prevent possible interference.
• The switch is a magnetically sensitive component; proximity to strong magnets may affect its functionality.
• Do not activate the Turbo mode multiple times in succession to avoid surface overheating.

REMARK

• Do not place a hot light into fabric bags or meltable plastic containers.
• This is not a toy for pets.
• In environments below 0°C, white light can only be set to low or medium brightness levels.
• In 0°C to 10°C conditions, the white light Turbo mode will be unavailable.
• The product cannot be charged in environments below 0°C or above 50°C. The red indicator will flash rapidly as a reminder.

EXCLUSION CLAUSE

Olight is not liable for damages or injuries sustained resulting from the usage of the product inconsistent with the warnings in the manual, including but not limited to using the product inconsistent with the recommended lockout mode.
