  • Never use the appliance on any part of the body of a person or animal.
  • Do not use the appliance with pets or animals.
  • Do not use the appliance to dry any type of textiles.
  • Turning the thermostat to MIN does not guarantee permanent shut-off.
  • Always unroll the power cable completely before each use.
  • Remove the protective film before the first use. A light smoke may be detected during the first use due to slight greasing of parts.

Filling with Water

  • Ensure the water tank is filled before using the steam function.
  • Open the lid of the filling spout.
  • Fill the tank up to the MAX level (refer to Fig. 1).
  • Close the lid of the filling spout.

Operation

  • Unroll the cable completely before plugging in.
  • Connect the appliance to the mains; the pilot light (F) will illuminate.
  • Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature position.
  • Do not use higher temperatures than indicated for the fabric.
  • Temperature Guide:
    • ● Temperature for synthetic fibres (Polyester, Nylon...).
    • ● ● Temperature for silk, wool.
    • ● ● ● Temperature for cotton (minimum for steam ironing).
    • Max Temperature for linen.
  • If a fabric contains mixed fibres, select the temperature for the fibre requiring the lowest heat.
  • Wait for the pilot light (F) to go out, indicating the iron has reached the set temperature. The pilot light will cycle on and off during use to maintain temperature.

Ironing Modes

  • Dry Ironing: Set the steam flow regulator (C) to the '0' position for dry ironing.
