Getting to know your Echo Link
The Amazon Echo Link is a compact audio device designed to stream high-fidelity music to your existing stereo system. It features a prominent volume knob on the front, a headphone jack for private listening, and LED status lights.

1. Connect your Echo Link to Audio Equipment
To integrate the Echo Link with your stereo receiver, amplifier, powered speakers, or subwoofer, utilize the digital (coaxial/optical) or analog (RCA+subwoofer) output ports.
When connecting to a receiver or amplifier, ensure that the correct audio input source is selected on that device.
If connecting to powered speakers or a subwoofer, confirm they are powered on and their volume levels are set appropriately.

Connect the supplied power adapter to the Echo Link's power port, and then plug the adapter into a standard power outlet.
Upon receiving power, the LED on the Action button will illuminate, signaling that the Echo Link is ready for setup and configuration via the Amazon Alexa App.
Important: For optimal performance and safety, always use the power adapter that was originally included with your Echo Link package.

Obtain the most recent version of the Amazon Alexa App from your mobile device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Once the Alexa App is launched, if the setup process for your Echo Link does not begin automatically, tap the 'Devices' icon, typically found in the lower right corner of the app interface, to initiate setup.

If you plan to establish a wired network connection using an Ethernet cable, complete the initial setup via Wi-Fi first. After Wi-Fi setup is complete, you can then connect an Ethernet cable to the Echo Link for a stable wired connection.
Optional: Connecting Additional Audio Components
To connect other audio sources, such as a CD player, MP3 player, or an amplified turntable, use the designated input ports located on the rear of the Echo Link.
It is crucial to match the input format (RCA, coaxial, or optical) selected on the Echo Link with the corresponding output format of your external audio component.
Please note that the Echo Link can only accept audio input from one component at a time.
