Meet Your Echo Spot

Device Overview

The Echo Spot is a smart display with a circular screen and a speaker. Key features include:

The device also comes with a power adapter.

Set Up Your Echo Spot

  1. Have your Wi-Fi and Amazon Passwords Ready

    During setup, you will connect to the internet and sign in to your Amazon account.

  2. Plug Echo Spot into an Electrical Socket

    Use the included power adapter. In about a minute, the display will turn on and Alexa will greet you.

  3. Scan the QR Code on Your Echo Spot's Screen

    Scan the QR code to download the Alexa app onto your phone or tablet, or open the app if you already have it.

  4. Complete Setup in the Alexa App

    Log in with an existing Amazon account username and password or create a new account. Follow the instructions in the Alexa app to complete setup.

    Note: If you aren't prompted to set up your device after opening the Alexa app, tap '+' to add your device manually.

Privacy and Support

Privacy Controls

Turn the microphones off by pressing the microphones on/off button. See when Alexa is recording and sending your request to Amazon's secure cloud via a blue indicator light.

Manage Your Voice History

You can view, hear, and delete the voice recordings associated with your account in the Alexa app at any time.
