1. Singtel 12% discount to "The Witcher in Concert" is exclusive to Singtel customers only.
2. Promotion is valid from 1 September to 30 November 2025, subject to availability of allocated sale tickets and while stocks last.
3. For online purchases, Singtel customers have to provide a valid Singtel mobile number at singtel.com/thewitcher to be authorized during the promotional period. Alternatively, Singtel customers may access the promotion via My Singtel App.
4. Each transaction is limited to a purchase of a maximum of 10 tickets.
5. Singtel will reserve the right to request for proof of eligibility and identity for verification.
6. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There will be no replacement for lost or stolen tickets.
7. Singtel's decisions on all matters pertaining to the promotion are final and binding.
8. No further correspondence regarding the promotion, terms and conditions or any decision made by Singtel will be entertained.
9. Singtel reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
10. Singtel shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss/damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or any of the tickets.
11. Singtel reserves the right from time to time to amend or delete the terms and conditions and/or any of the instructions at its discretion without prior notice.
12. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion.
13. Participation in this promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
