Singtel Travel Protect Insurance Campaign Terms and Conditions
Overview
The Singtel Travel Protect Insurance Campaign ("Campaign") is a marketing campaign organised by Consumer Journeys Pte. Ltd. ("CJPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications Limited ("Singtel"). It is exclusively for Singtel Travel Protect Policy Holders who successfully purchase any Singtel Travel Protect insurance policy during the Campaign Validity Period.
Great Eastern General Insurance Limited ("GEG") is the Insurer providing the Travel Insurance, and CJPL acts as the corporate agent for GEG. CJPL may receive remuneration from GEG for each successful sale.
By purchasing the Travel Insurance, Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&Cs").
Validity and Provision Details for Campaign
Campaign Validity Period: 11 August 2025 00:00 to 27 August 2025 23:59 (GMT+8).
Eligibility requires Customers to sign up for the Travel Insurance. Participants may receive the following promotion(s) for each purchase meeting the criteria:

General Provisions
- CJPL and GEG reserve the right to replace, vary, discontinue, or withdraw promotions or the Campaign at any time without notice or liability.
- Promotions are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, with no cash alternative. CJPL is not liable for damaged, lost, or defaced promotions. Warranties are disclaimed.
- Participants agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions. Any tax liability incurred is the Customer's responsibility.
- CJPL is not responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of third-party products/services.
- Neither CJPL, Singtel, nor GEG shall be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages, regardless of cause, even if advised of the possibility.
- CJPL and GEG reserve the right to investigate fraud and suspend participation status, or disqualify non-compliant Customers.
- Customers consent to being contacted by Singtel for feedback.
- Decisions by CJPL and/or GEG on all campaign matters are final and binding.
- By participating, Customers agree that personal data may be collected, processed, and used by Singtel and its affiliates for campaign administration, subject to Singtel's Data Protection Policy and General Terms & Conditions. Customers consent to CJPL using their personal details for promotional purposes.
- These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law, and Customers agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.

About the Policy
The policy outlines the terms and conditions of an insurance contract between the customer and the insurer, based on the proposal form and provided information. In return for the premium, the insurer provides cover during the period of insurance, provided terms are met. Documents should be kept safe and carried during travel.

Eligibility and Commencement of Cover
- Eligibility: The Insured Person must be domiciled in Singapore, being a Singaporean, PR, or Foreigner with valid Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass, Student Pass, or Long Term Social Visit Pass, unless otherwise agreed.
- Commencement of Cover: Cover begins when the application is accepted by GEG and the premium is fully paid.
Terms and Conditions for Purchase
By agreeing to take up Singtel Daily Travel Protect, you consent to the release of your personal information to Great Eastern General Insurance Limited ("GE") for policy administration and communication purposes. You grant GE authorisation to collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data with affiliated companies, service providers, and business partners, including those outside Singapore, for administering policies and marketing activities, until written instruction to the contrary is received.
Any changes to consent or personal information must be made directly to GE's Data Protection Officer. Singtel is not liable for claims arising from your application or GE's use of your Personal Data.
Singtel does not evaluate GE's acceptance decisions and makes no representations or warranties regarding the insurance product's eligibility, suitability, or accuracy of information provided by GE. Singtel Daily Travel Protect is underwritten by GE, not Singtel. All matters concerning eligibility, enrolment, enforcement, and claims must be directed to GE.
The terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
