Discarding Rechargeable Batteries
The built-in rechargeable battery is a renewable resource. Dispose of the product according to local regulations. Do NOT disassemble the product yourself.
Radio Interference of Bluetooth® Products
Environmental factors like wireless LAN, microwave ovens, and other electromagnetic devices can cause noise, sound loss, or disconnection. The effective communication range of Bluetooth® can vary due to shields (human body, metal, walls) and electromagnetic conditions. Bluetooth® radiation may affect other electronic devices. Turn off earbuds and other Bluetooth® devices in sensitive locations such as hospitals, near priority seating on public transport, gas stations, or near fire alarms.
For Long-Lasting Use
- Beware of Over-discharge: To prevent deterioration, charge the rechargeable battery at least once a month if storing for a long period.
- Beware of Deformation, Damage, and Impacts: Handle earbuds and earpieces with care to avoid deformation or damage from prolonged stress. Avoid dropping or subjecting the product to strong impacts due to its precise electronic components.
- Splash-proof Specification: The earbuds are splash-proof but not waterproof. Do not intentionally wet them or store them in wet clothing. Wipe off moisture promptly with a dry cloth. The charging case is NOT splash-proof.
- Cleaning: Do NOT use chemicals like benzine, thinner, or alcohol for cleaning, as they can cause deformation or damage.
Battery Charging
Charging the Charging Case:
Insert the USB Type-C® cable into the charging port. Charging takes approximately 2 hours from 0% to full. The battery indicator color changes based on remaining capacity: White (70-100%), Orange (30-69%), Red (0-29%). Use a 5V AC adapter. Charging may stop if voltage is outside the specified range or if a non-5V adapter is used. Ensure the USB Type-C® cable is normal if charging fails. Recommended charging frequency: at least once a month.
Charging the Earbuds:
Place the earbuds in the charging case to start charging automatically. Charging takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from 0% to full. Charging will not start if the charging case has no battery. If the charging case runs out of battery, the earbuds may turn on and connect to a device; this is not a malfunction. Charge the charging case. Recommended charging frequency: at least once a month.
Wireless Charging:
Wireless charging is supported using a commercially available wireless charger. Charging time may be longer than USB charging and varies by charger. Charging may stop due to protection functions depending on the charger or environment.
Turning the Power ON/OFF
- Power ON: Remove earbuds from the charging case. (LED: White)
- Power OFF: Place earbuds into the charging case. (LED: Orange)
Ensure the orange LED is lit before closing the case. Power will not turn off if the charging case has no charge. Earbuds automatically turn off after 5 minutes if not connected. Power can also be turned ON/OFF by pressing and holding the touch sensors.
Pairing (Initial Setup)

If pairing fails, try the reset operation.
Resetting (In Case of Operation Failure)
